I purchased a car from them in Sept 2021. I found out after purchasing the car, that it has a salvaged title (never told it was wrecked), the wiring harness for the lights is missing, the bondo they used to repair the car is cracking & coming off, the car never had an alignment & the tires have already had to be replaced, come to find out that the cambers all have to be replaced. I have been waiting since nov 2022 for the fuel pumps to be replaced & I was told they had 1 of 2 in & come to find out that they don't have either 1. I'm paying way more than what it's worth for this car.
This place is totally out to get you. Your about to pay your car off, owing less than 900 on it. Yet they come repo it and want 1100 for you to get it back and then still owe the 900. What a scam, plus they dont even call you before they do it. No phone call and they just come take your car you have been paying on for 2 years. Wow guess that's one way to do it.
Very corrupt. Sold a truck that was totaled without ever telling the buyer it was totaled and had a salvaged title since they never showed the title. Then agreed to an amount including all the taxes then after receiving 1500 down-payment for a 4000 truck went and charged more for the truck. Then when notified I would be out of town and the payment might be a little late they said it wouldn't be a issue and still towed the vehicle for being 14 days late
They then charged a ridiculous tow fee for something that was only 14 days late
I have never been to a more honest place. They wanted to make sure what they was fixing was really the problem did different test on my car and they always called me to make sure it was ok before they started to do anything and they didn't charge me for any of it but only what needed to be fixed and it didn't take days to fix like most places it was done fast and my car drives better then ever.
We got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon, the only tire shop open in town was Carmona. They jumped right on it at 5:00 pm on a Saturday. They were busy with other jobs, but helped us first. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were very thorough and fixed it in two ways to make absolutely sure they we would not have a problem on our 3 hour drive home. Highly recommend over the corporate tire shops in town.
Beware!! Make sure you check you cars they! Temporary fix them, also get there word on paper! they will denies that they said anything! thankfully I got text's an paper work for my air conditioner witch i told them I'll buy the car if they fix it they couldn't get us in for 3 weeks, I sat there waiting for 3-4 hours as they say bring it in will fix it but have u waiting for hours, 2nd day was all morning n my husband waited, finally they got it in an still said oh this is what's wrong like they didn't look at or know! An told us to bring it in the morning idk what they said they fixed my air conditioning doesn't work in November he said will fix it when it's warm! When winter came an guess what they said will fix it after winter! I ask an now they say I want everything free and they never said that, witch my cars not fix, i got there work order but they didn't charge me sence when I bought it that was the agreements to fix it my air conditioning, new or a new dip stick sence it didn't have one, I never got that! Order mud flaps cause the law says with them tires, he said yes I'll order them, still til this day nothing, still has no air conditioning, before I took my car in to them I had my mechanic look at it witch he was surprised how clean n new it was so I though good to go, when I bought n now after my husband took it in it's major problems after my mechanic looked at a my parts was use an I payed to get it fixed! You can message me I'm gathering any problems!!! GET RECEIPT'S AN PROOF OF WORK AN PAYMENTS, DO NOT TAKE THERE WORD! MESSAGER ME! IM GATHERING YOU COMPLIANT'S!I'm gathering ppl who's had problem wrong with carmonas, waiting3-4, ordered wrong part4 times, took new parts n put old in, said they fixed it but temporary u end up with the same problem, don't keep the agreements to your car, got told it's one price an it ends up being double, say they fixed it an continuity to have the same problem an still not fixed?! your car u bought 5- 6 or 8 months now has engine light on or any issues? You paid an they n trusted there word to write it down an they say you didn't pay? Or any issue you know ant write Please message me!!
Nothing but a rip off! Never buy anything from them. They'll charge you twice for the same thing, then threaten to fight you if you don't pay. It was more funny because he's not a very big guy.
They sale cars that are missing wiring harnesses & the car needs alignment they do their own body work and paint jobs and the paint starts to chip and all the Bondo work starts to crack and start to come off the car & they will not fix the problems & the mechanical problems the vehicles have they tell you..you have to pay them or someone else to fix so I would think about your choice about here that's why I'm giving one star one this
