Carlton's is our home town walk in and order the best burgers, cheese burgers, hotdogs, slaw dogs, chili dogs, and chili cheese dogs. They have their own way of making their hamburger meat, and it's delicious. They are a staple in Sylvester and have been in business for many years. If you're ever in town, drop by and try a couple. Caution, though, they are addictive!!!
This is a childhood memory that always comes alive when we go through Sylvester. We love the burgers and hot dogs. Our son always requests cheeseburger with no onions.
The concoctions here are truly magical..cash only. 62 years in business; gotta be doin something right!
This is a good place to eat if you enjoy hamburgers and hot dogs. They are the best. The women behind the counter are extra nice. No matter how many people are there in line you do not have to wait long. Try it!!!!!
The Institution know as simply "Carltons" great people and hamburgers and slaw dogs are a must.
They have best chilidog I've had in a very long time! I just wish they had tables. Don't let that turn you away from trying them out though, you'd be cheating yourself!
I use to live in Sylvester, Georgia .Back in the early 1970's , I was 17 years old. I would very often walk with my friends down town to Carltons to get a bag of their hamburgers. They were 15 cents back then. I'm now 67 years old and live in Amarillo, Texas. Thanks for good hamburgers and memories. Patricia Hawkins
