Best WLM Reviews
When Lorie is working, it's the best spot in town! She gets all our weird stuff right--no lettuce and no onions? No problem! Extra extra ketchup? You betcha!--and she's always got a smile for my kiddo. We love Lorie! She's what makes Carl's Jr. our favorite!
Love special deals. I can request customized orders. If asked for they offer 10% senior discount FOOD is good, fresh, hot.
Fast friendly service. Restaurant and outside areas are clean and neat. Fountain drinks are flavorful *not watered down when I add ice. they offer condiment packets, napkins, straws. small waters are free with order.
I have lived in this community for 60 years. I trade at many of the businesses in the river road area. My mom and I dine at least once a week at the local Carl Jr. On silver lane. We have gotten to know the manager of the store. Her name is Lori and she is so nice! She makes us feel so welcome. Her personality drew me in the very first time we met. All of the other people who work there are exceptional as well. You can tell they genuinely love their customers. I can't wait to go there again! Thank you so much for all your hard work and super good food!
What a wonderful staff! So friendly and efficient. Steven; Kayla, Brandon, Silvia, Juan and Jordyn handled the dinner rush seamlessly effortlessly. I will definitely be returning to the Silver Lane location in Eugene Oregon the next time I have a hankering for a tasty burger with a side of hospitality. A+ people and food. Thank you!
I just went and got the sourdough sandwich,… It came packed with lettuce and no bacon at all. No caramelized onions at all.
The employees are very nice here. Not like the McD’s workers across the street.
I’ve never noticed a bad attitude in any of them, and they’re always helpful.
The customers can be a problem for the employees sometimes, but they always handle the situation respectfully and quickly.
Weird to say, but it’s my favorite FF restaurant in Eugene.
I just hope it stays that way.
The vibe is super mellow in the place, the employees were super attentive and the food was typical Carl's jr goodness. Also got an email from Carls jr requesting a survey in which I obliged and was rewarded with a ten dollar gift card - which paid for this entire visit.
Steven A., just had to thank you for your excellent service last night helping to correct my loved one’s order. Meant a lot to a couple hungry people!
