Best WLM Reviews
my girlfriend and i stopped her late at night, around 12:30am, and the guy at the window, MANNY, was AWESOME!! He is so funny and so fun spirited! i absolutely loved him! he made sure our food was fresh and delicious :) LOVED LOVED LOVED MANNY
The entire staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The restaurant was very clean. Employees seemed to actually enjoy being at work. It was so nice going to a fast food restaurant with a positive and clean working atmosphere. I would drive the extra miles from my home to visit this location again. I asked to speak with the manager, which Cookie identified herself as, I shared my experience with her and tipped her for the amazing service and experience. My faith in customer service at fast food restaurants has been restored!
Cookie was an amazing server. She was very helpful and sweet when I was ordering, and worked to get me the best meal. The food was delicious. Overall, this was a great experience, made better by Cookie!
We were visiting from out of state, and stopped by for a quick bite to eat. We stood there at the counter, the only customers in the building for 10 minutes and we were never acknowledged. Needless to say if I could leave a review without any stars I would.
Amazing! As soon as I walked in the manager cookie greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I really appreciate walking into a restaurant like that the staff overall was amazing my food tasted so so good! While I was seated they brought me my food and came back time to time asking if everything was okay! They deserve more than 5 stars!! Great staff, AMAZING MANAGEMENT and AMAZING FOOD
Got the new Big Char Chile Burger. Super disappointing. It had a 1/2 of a chile, old wilty leaduce. I didn't even get a whole hamburger patty. It was so painfully dry that I had to add ketcup. Do not recommend at all especially from this location. ????
We really enjoyed our visit today! Cookie was amazing! We tried the new spicy western burger and it was delicious. Nice clean lobby and happy atmosphere. Thanks for a great lunch!
We came in a little after 11 after they were supposed to be done serving breakfast. Cookie jump in and save the day! She informed us that they hadn’t cleared their breakfast items yet. We Sat down and She personally brought us our food! I would dare to say that this, Carl’s Jr. has better service than most sitdown restaurants thanks to Cookie. She is extremely funny, personable, and knowledgeable. I suspect we have stumbled upon a hidden gem! Will definitely be back again.
