Definitely clean, service was beyond perfect especially for Keith, and food was delicious. He definitely made me feel more welcome when I came in over 3 weeks ago for breakfast.
Went through the drive through to grab a bite on a busy night for me... sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. The cashier was awesome. She was very friendly and had a great smile and attitude, but presented to be nervous. The food we ordered came to finally.. and it was correct. The fries were fresh which was great. And the sandwiches were very tasty. I had the breaded chicken sandwich and was quite pleased. If it wasn't for the long wait..which seemed like it was due to being understaffed. I would have given much high stars. Maybe I just hit it on an off night..who knows? I will gladly give them another chance in the future.
Lobby is randomly closed during middle of the day 95% of the time. If you order online your food will be stone cold by the time you get through the 20-car drive-thru line. On the app it tells you to "skip the line and go straight to pickup counter." This is impossible, since they don't actually ever have the lobby open. Total false advertising. If you order online, the only way to actually get what you paid for is to check the temperature of everything in the bag before pulling off and have them remake everything that is stone cold and/or soggy due to them falsely advertising themselves as a business where you can order online and pickup in-store
Carl's has some unusual food available. I like to eat here once in a while when I am craving fast food.
Place had barely opened up for morning dine-in. I was only non-employee in building. Can't attest to any standards or normalcy. That said, service was prompt, accurate and food was as expected for this chain.
Carl's is a nice change of pace from the ordinary fast food out there. Innovative choices that are well prepared.
The fried zucchinis with some barbecue sauce ARE BOMB.AND THE FRIES DELICIOUS
New location. Super clean! Excellent customer service. DELICIOUS BREAKFAST! The burgers are always yummy. I could care less for the fries. You do pay a little more here, however no extremely long lines or wait and much tastier food than Mickey D's.
