The Lehi Carls Jr is truly a gem.
My son literally loves it so much and so do I! We come here at least once a week. And everytime we come it’s an awesome experience. The food is always great. But the thing that really sets this place apart is the incredible staff that works here. They are ALWAYS so kind and helpful. They go the extra mile to make our experience a positive one. We have gone in and have used the drive through and no matter the method the service remains the same.
Also the vibe. It’s perfect. It’s everything I want and need it to be.
We love it. You’ll love it.
We get the star chicken nuggets and a hamburger.
I recommend their shakes and their jalapeño poppers! They are so good. Oh and let’s not forget their breakfast. It’s amazing.
The tables were dirty, and it was a Saturday morning around 11 with no one else in the dining room, so you just know they probably hadn’t been cleaned since the day before.
Our food was hot and fresh, and when part of the order was wrong it was promptly fixed, but the soda was gross because it was warmer than it should be and barely carbonated. The temperature of the soda quickly melted the ice it came in contact with. There wasn’t anything that could be done immediately, so I hope this gets to whoever can get it fixed, because there is nothing worse than flat, warm soda.
A solid Carl's Jr drivethrough experience. People were friendly. Food quality was great (but not outstanding) as expected, etc. Guacamole Bacon burger is always a winner. Onion rings tasted good but were overpriced given the quantity
I don’t know what you call these, but I wouldn’t say stars. (My husband suggested chicken feet which is equal parts funny and disturbing). The drive -thru ordering process was difficult and took a long time even though there was only one person ahead of me. It was around 2:30pm, not a particularly busy time. Also seems like a rip that you have to pay for fry sauce. I’ve gotten chicken stars at this location before (quite awhile ago) and no issues, so I don’t know what’s going on now ????.
The food was good. People were nice. Not many people dining there, so it made the atmosphere quiet. The food was a little expensive. For a little cheaper I could have gotten a 3 for Me at chili's. Paid almost $15 for a combo meal.
Ordered western bacon cheese burger in a combo, a small fry and a bacon jr cheeseburger. Everything was cold. Had fruit punch hi c , it was plain water. Ordered drive through 5/27 at around 3:45. No one else in line or inside. Such a disappointment!!!!!!!!
I drove through for Christmas ???????? weekend on Friday and ordered a big carl meal and asked specifically for the sandwich to have no lettuce and a little extra sauce. Not only was there lettuce but the sandwich was made soggy and was stuck to the wrapper and was disgusting to say the least. When I called they asked to remake it but had only stopped along the freeway and had continued onto the freeway to see family. The person on the phone was kind and asked to remake when we were leaving to come back from the Christmas holiday, so I left my name. As I came back I presented my ID. To the person taking the order. Not only did she not take or even look at my ID, she didn't even check to go see or ask my name at all. I had to ask her to please go look. I then asked for her name and she said it was America, quote: "you know like the country." This woman was very rude. Very inconsiderate, and was the worst customer service I've EVER had in any restaurants. When I asked to speak to the GM she said I am and slammed the door on my face in the drive through. So I waited and offered to purchase the sandwich and be done with this since it was already made and again she refused the purchase and the service, her name, and refused to give a corporate number. When I called to see if she was being honest about the name. I called asking for the GM name, she asked why on the phone and I responded to make a review. She then hung up the phone and when I called back continued to hang up the phone and not give me any information whatsoever. This type of service is the worst customer service a customer could go through. The most disrespectful and unprofessional business associate I personally have ever encountered upfront and personal. I'll never eat there on any travels and will always recommend this place a complete failure and a zero. That woman should be fired for treating customers like this. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
I haven’t received this great of service in a long time. As a mom running around my daughter asked for chicken nuggets so I turned into the drive thru and after ordering I realized I forgot my wallet. America was working the window and allowed me to go home and come back. When I came back and went into the store to pay, she told me she would bring my food to the car for me and gave my kids some free cookies! She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond! Thanks America for exceptional service!
