Quick stop for a breakfast burger. Never had it before. Wasn’t too bad.
Time to get food order extremely slow for a "fast food" establishment. Was not busy. Burger was cold when served and fries were warm at best. Music in restaurant is too loud. Won't stop here again. Sad decline of what was once one of the better fast food burger places.
I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. in some time. I saw a commercial this morning and happened to drive by one and decided to stop. This is a joke. Previously frozen tomatoes, pre cooked patties, brown lettuce, burnt onions. The only part that was great was the Ice & coke.

I was driving in at Carl's Jr. on SW 95th. I handed my note to the cash register because I'm deaf. I noticed only four cars behind me. I also noticed assistant manager Liz wasn't nice to the cash register. Assistant manager Liz was sort of yelling at the cash register about the cars behind me. I was told to park. I noticed all the cars went by so fast. I walked in and found my food sitting in the heat. I got home, and my food was cold. Assistant manager Liz is not very appropriate for her duty.
I ordered a #2, I got stale Buns, reheated meat, soggy tomato and so much mayo and ketchup the burger was soggy and inedible. The fries were old and soggy.
The soda, Dr pepper was completely flat.
No receipt, no asking if I wanted ketchup or anything. Honestly I won't be returning here after inconsistent food quality. Shame.
Friendly staff and tasty fast food. My major issue is with the drive thru. There's no canopy when you order at the drive thru. If it's raining, depending on the wind, you're gonna get wet.
Ordered #11 chicken sandwich. Got a chicken strip instead of a whole chicken patty, half the sandwich is just bread.

#11, sml dr.p, 6 pc popper instead of fries.
2 days later, same order and time. Got a grilled chicken sandwich instead of the 11 I ordered(breaded swiss) and 6 chicken nuggets instead of poppers ordered. No receipt offered or given again.
We come here probably a couple times a month Liz the manager is always super nice and friendly. Food is good and they are pretty quick!
