I ordered a guacamole bacon burger. This is the mess I got. Old tomato. Barely any guacamole & the burger was very salty. I also ordered a vanilla milkshake. Advertised with real ice cream. Tasted like that milkshake mix alot of places use. Needless to say I wasted $15 on these 2 items.
Went thru the drive through for kids meals person repeated my order. Got to window where she also repeated my order asked for waffle fries got regular fries. didn’t give me straws. asked for ketchup and salt didn’t get it. Also didn’t get toys with kids meals went back to ask and she said they were out. That would have been nice to know when I was ordering because that’s a big reason I get the kids meals. Watched two other people flip around and go back too
Literally just do your dam job you have to get a computer that Jack's up ordered third time and then the girl has me pull around to hand me money when I'm only one here after You saying I didn't order that and she asked if I want the money back. Like yes, of course I do because I don't want it. It's really not that hard to take orders in a drive. Through I used to do it. It's a hell of a lot easier than trying to fix a computer's mess up. Just purely laziness.
Dad went 10 miles to carls Jr ordered 4 western burgers that were cold dried out and no sauce crispy onion rings so hard Noone could chew them this was worst food ever had not going back disgusting costs to much for that bad food
Have come here many times after basketball games and tonight we were told we couldn’t stay in the lobby because they closed in 20 mins. Then we could hear them complaining in the back about we shouldn’t have come so late. Maybe your people should know when there are basketball games to be better prepared. The manager was not nice about it either!
Ordered 4 western burgers, each was hard probably under the heat lamp, no flavor or special sauce will not buy again.
Terrible experience. Food was cold & not up to par. Photo is of a 6 piece Tender meal, which by the price they seem very proud of... Spoiled Ranch Dressing included in the bag. Daughter's shake looked like strawberry milk. Called on site management, was promised a full refund. I go to the location only to have them tell me they cannot issue a refund. After repeated attempts to reach out the to the owner, never any response. Days have passed. Called Corporate. Never could speak with anyone there as their automated system intentionally avoids connecting you to to human being. Mostly like the last time I spent $43 & change there. This approx the 5th time in a year this kind of ordeal has occurred, so it isn't because they had an bad day. Ridiculous. Major changes need to be made.
The food was awful. I ordered a #4 with no bun, they gave it to me wrapped in lettuce with dirt ALL over it. I didn't even ask for the lettuce, and they didn't give any options. My burger was also cold. I've never been to a Carl's Jr this bad!
