Stopped here for lunch for a quick bite. They weren't too busy so we order some food. From the time we ordered till the time we received our food was 40 minutes. This was by far the slowest service I have ever had from any FAST food restaurant ever. When we finally got our food the burger and chicken were kind of warm, but the fries were cold and soggy. I could have gone to a steak house and ordered a steak and received my order and finished it quicker than I was served at this FAST food restaurant. It also cost $19 for a 3 piece chicken and a the cheapest burger meal. Don't waste your time and money going to this CJ. There are a number of better fast food options near by. It's also interesting that this restaurant doesn't have the information on the receipt to do an online survey or I would have done the survey and let them know about this visit. Maybe this restaurant doesn't give you that information for a reason? Would have given '0' stars if that was an option. They should take the star down from they're sign. It just shows they are a one star restaurant.
Carl's Jr is a great restaurant just off Interstate 5 in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Very easy on and off Interstate 5 from either north or south bound sides. The restaurant is clean, great service, and food. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and hot! Prices reasonable! Had a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and 3 Chicken Strips.

Keeping the food the same size .
I can't believe other burger places are shrinking their food and charging us more! Thanks, Carl's Jr for trying to keep it real.
We tried their lettuce wraps and they were great. We are trying to eat more healthy and sometimes when we are on the road we need something good but not a sit in restaurants. Any of the burgers can be made into lettuce wraps. Carl’s Jr is so much better than McD’s!!!

Top 10 for some food on the way back from the basketball game. It was pretty dead there's only one in there I want to give props to the two teenage kids that were working the front counter or at least the young lady was working on the counter and the young man that what's cleaning the dining area well I was making my order . I noticed through the window before I walked in the young man was cleaning and the young lady was stalking the front counter and taking care of drive threw with one cook in back The young lady had great customer service and the young man was doing a good job cleaning up di I get pay attention to the fact that he was doing his job with a purpose with nobody watching and I hope this gets back to the manager the place is clean and the customer service was good
I don't expect much from fast food but this was the worst fast food EVER. $18 went in the trash. We had to wait for fries and by then the fish sandwiches were cold. YUCK
Best Carl's Jr. I've ever been to by far. To add to that, I absolutely love that it's by the Best western hotel, it makes it such a great hangout spot for me n the bros on the weekends, yall are top notch ????
