This place is super kind and respectful and friendly with kids and family members. The double spicy western bacon cheeseburger was delicious the bun was well toasted and the meat was very good and the bacon was really nice and tender. Ms. Mayra was very kind and respectful with me and attended me with gentle words and kindness she really awesome. That was the first time I went there and the place is very clean and friendly, the staff are kind and welcoming.
When you order the Angus Burger as a double, better check they added that 2nd patty while still at the drive through window. Twice in the past month they ‘forgot’ that extra burger on my order. First time I was already home when I discovered it. Today, I checked before I left the window. Not sure why I keep coming back, because the order accuracy here is less than 30%. ????
Fool me three times!
Guess it is my own fault. This location can not get the food they prepare to match the order.

I ordered the sourdough star and the bottom bun was too small and should be replaced with a full bun. The waffle fries I received were beyond greasy… no crunch at all just very soggy. I won’t be returning.
The burgers look, taste and smell burnt all the time but they are always cold so it makes it taste like you just payed $20+ for leftovers that are honestly questionable ????
Last time I ate here I tried the hand breaded chicken strips and they were raw ????????
Also it always takes a long time in the drive thru even if you are the only car, but you still get cold food. The sodas decent ????
My kiddos wanted a burger so we stopped by and went into the restaurant to order. I felt like they took a long time but they had a lot of online and drive thru orders. As expected the hamburgers were good, we will definitely come back.
Carls Jr is my go to place for good fast food. The staff at this Tualatin location are very nice and friendly. In particular I think Mayra does a fantastic job with me and my sons order.
She is so nice and extremely competent.

During my recent visit, I had the opportunity to witness the manager handling a customer complaint with utmost professionalism and grace. A lady approached the counter, expressing dissatisfaction with the size of the meat in her sandwich. Though the complaint seemed rather absurd, the manager listened attentively and addressed the situation with kindness and respect, ensuring the customer left feeling heard and valued.
This Carls Jr. branch truly understands the importance of excellent customer service and maintaining a positive environment, despite the challenges that come with working in the fast-food industry. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious food served with a smile, and I will definitely be returning for more!
Super frustrating experience. They got our order Wrong in drive through and my wife went inside to correct it so that way we don't waste other customer's time. Kalra the manager "as she said" was super rude and disrespectful and called my wife a B*** even though she was not disrespectful. If she was right and she was a manager, it's super concerning that how such a low class and disrespect person could be a manger.
