At least I got real burgers at a nice size not like a two-finger burger at McDonald's are Burger King
Carl's Jr. Has gotten to be one of the biggest greeds of the fast food industry nearly $18 for a mediocre combo is ridiculous! You can feed 2 for that price at in & out with much better quality and tasting food. This was for sure my last experience with Carl for good
Medium size fries and drink Nov. 28, 2023 6:16 PM on a break looking for a quick fix, LAS Terminal 3, thought I was going to take cold fries not once r twice. Two Mitch cooks in the back very disrespectful to a Woman, cashier was rude. I feed into there foolishness and went back and forth. I ask for a refund they claim to have called the manager! Nope, went home got online made a complaint ask for a refund. Weeks later Got an email from Melissa? Dec 9, 2023, still no refund, Dec 28, 2023 a month later Still Nothing. I emailed again ask for my refund by the end of the Year 2023. Jan 28, 2024, still nothing from these people. What kind of business are you running? Now it’s February and no one has contacted me about this issue. Rude, Disrespectful staff, cold food. Where is my Refund. It’s time for an attorney. Case #91430 is all I have. Don’t eat there, I will tell you Why??? At another time ???? Y’all Got the right one pissed ???? Would have gotten NO STARS ✨ trifling
Food came out quick and super fresh. The store was clean and the employees were nice.
My foreign coworkers said this was their favorite burger from all the fast foods.
I ordered chicken sandwiches and got everything on the sandwich except the meat of the chicken. I took it to the counter and showed it to the manager and Andrea and she took it to the back and asked someone if I could get another sandwich that sandwich was not as hollow but it was halfway there. I took a bite of it in front of her and she said there's nothing else that they could do even when I asked her for a different sandwich of the same value and she said no and she was going to go back and ask but I said forget it because they didn't want to replace anymore sandwiches and I don't like upsetting people who are cooking for me.
Carl's Jr is my favorite hands down! You can't compare it to burger king or McDonald's.
The California burger is amazing and really affordable, which is extremely helpful considering the situation at the moment. The fries are perfectly seasoned and crunchy. Plus if your feeling like the sweet tooth is calling, then they have you covered with cookies, ice cream and cheese cake!
Cassandra and destiny were amazing. I'm a floor supervisor and they made me wanna step up my customer service skills. Ty guys for a wonderful experience
Andrea great employee. Perfect customer service. You feel better just even seeing her smiling. Thanks Andrea #Carls jr????????
