Best WLM Reviews
I came in tonight around 10:30 p.m and I was not very pleased with my order. I had to repeat my order several times to the woman taking my order and just to not get my order right! I also had to knock on the window because the woman at the window was talking to the people cooking instead of paying attention to the customer(me). The woman’s name on her tag was Claudia C. I did not appreciate her RUDENESS at all at the window! Please get better help!
I am a regular customer from this location. I came to get some food on a Friday night at 10:30 the schedule says they closed at 11 pm and the store was already closed. Who ever owns the store is losing money just because their employees. Never coming back.
I'm not one to waste time writing a review, but this was the 4th visit within the last 3-4 month span and still their food is always Luke warm at best. I've been to other Carl's Jr. Where that's not an issue, so consumers beware, do your self a favor and just go to Jack'n the Box across the street instead.
Went to drive through, got chicken strips, had to wait about 5 minutes. But they were fresh and tasty!
Ate here today and Alba was kinda and helpful! she offered great service and make sure we got our food hot and ready. such a pleasant interaction
Alba is the best! She has great customer service and a big pretty smile. She is always patient and kind. The restaurant is very clean and cozy.
We waited close to 20 mins before getting our food. Our drink was incorrect, told staff member, waited another 5m before alerting staff that we just needed our drink to leave. During our waits we can see both staff members on their phones.
I orderd out from uber eats the food was like cold and soggy when it came but thays cause of the distance and time it took but when you eat there and it's fresh it's so good :)
