Grabbed a Famous Star combo later afternoon on a Sunday. No one in dining area when I dropped in. Drive thru busy. Dining Area & restrooms clean. Famous Star was on point one of my favorite burgers if I am near a Carl’s. Fries were good. Dining area chairs and table on good shape, no torn chairs or benches or beat up tables.
Although they were short staffed food still came out pretty quick, shift manager was on top of multi tasking her restaraunt with little or no crew, still polite and cordial. ????Would drop in again. Very good burger.
Please be more aware of what you serve I'm paying for a meal that I know is not going to look exactly like in the picture but I certainly ain't paying for a chicken sandwich that's been sitting out and has a rubber texture when I bit into it.
That nasty chicken sandwich was 12$

Inside was extremely SLOW WAITED 10 MIN AND HAD TO LEAVE CAUSE I WAS NOT ABOUT TO WAIT AROUND MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK TO GET MY ORDER IN THEN WAIT AROUND ANOTHER 15 MIN TO GET THE CRAPPY FOOD
Update 12-23-2021
Inside was closed at 11:25 but quality has gotten way better probly because I've seen a high up person babysitting them but idk...
Waited well over 20 minutes on the inside and not a single person was in front of me or behind me but they did the drive through orders and fries were absolutely disgusting!! Cold and extremely oily and just tasted gross i had 2 and threw them away. You would think waiting for over 20 min for a simple meal it would be warm or fresh fries but nope nothing was warm it was all cold.
Stay away from this location, to begin with; the cashier at the drive through window talks very low, can't hear him at all and his energy is draining not rude but just not cut out for the drive through. I ordered the Angus burger with just Lettuce and cheese and when I got it, it had everything so couldn't eat it, and then I ordered one fries and ended up giving me two and yes he did charge both. For those who don't like union, tomatoes or mustard will understand. Now I understand why the place is dead.
Waiting at drive thru, didnt even greet me. No service after 10 minutes with no explanation. Two cars behind me drove off and another two vehicles behind me also stuck in drive thru now. None of us has placed an order, the vehicle ahead of me is waiting also for over 10 minutes they received there order though. What a nightmare. August 16th, 3pm.
The food is just outstanding, and even that is an understatement. And don’t even get me started on the cutie named Owen that works the front counter.
Upon entering the restaurant, i wasn’t greeted properly as two cashiers were at the front of the restaurant. The restaurant already looks dated and just to receive that type of service was the icing on the cake. I should’ve went with my gut and went to the location on Stephanie. I didn’t receive all the proper condiments i requested either. This location needs to be shut down sorry no sorry, definitely won’t be going back to this Carl jr’s ever
This place is Amazing they have delicious big juicy burgers that you will enjoy the place it self is so clean ???? restrooms are clean ???? stop by they have great deals that you will love!!!!!!!
