Ordered 2 for 5. The automated voice didn't get it right twice before finally getting it right. Went to eat my sandwiches and the biscuits were rocks. And on top of that, neither had cheese!
I come here almost every morning for breakfast. I usually get their biscuits & gravy which is usually nice & thick with chunks of sausage in it. They also have a special “Rocky Mountain Monster Biscuit” they make for me. They take the Swiss cheese off and add pepper jack instead. Yum Yum. I’m 72 and use a mobility scooter. The staff are always nice and friendly. I get the Senior Discount which is great. The Manager Maribel, will always address any issue I have immediately and will bend over backwards to make it right. I love this store and the wonderful people who work here.
Went there at around 4:30 today and ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets. I asked for barbecue sauce and when the cashier gave this to me there was a piece of plastic in the sauce. So I wouldn't recommend asking for barbecue from here.
I ordered the double beyond cheese burger w pepper Jack although I think it would of been better with American + pepper Jack it was delicious I also added jalapeños and guacamole! What I didn’t like is I ordered a medium waffle fry and only got 6 fries but I believe waffle fries should served in a different box from regular cut fries! Drive thru customer service were nice as usual! Update: 4/11/23 burgers have been burnt the last three times I visited they said the machine keeps over cooking them please let me know when that’s been fixed till then I have to give it 1 star!
The restaurant is excellent, good food. The service is very slow. I saw little staff for the demand. I exceeded 30 minutes waiting for them to deliver the order to me.
This location was great pre-COVID; the guy who used to work the counter on weekdays was professional and polite.
I went the other day, and the poor woman at the counter was taking minutes between each person in line because she also had to work the drive-through, so the wait to order was quite long. After ordering, she gave me a number to place on my table, but she wasn't carrying orders to the tables like they used to here, she was just calling numbers and waiting for people to walk back up to the counter. The burger was also pretty bad; the bun was badly deformed (and I dined in, so it wasn't from transport).
I ordered my zucchini's extra crispy and Linda who was helping me went back and actually made sure my zucchini's were made right. Great experience. Great people
Officially I will never go to Carl’s Jr for a burger !! Last few times in different locations the burgers were terrible. Included today .
Today had double Carl.
Like warm patties, sloppy put together fell apart as soon as I opened up….ordered medium fry, got small half full… DO NOT GO HERE !!
