Best WLM Reviews
We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here Saturday morning. The set up that the team members and manager put together was absolutely amazing. All the team members and manager were nice and so helpful. Having a party here was more convenient and stress free. They decorated for us and I just had to do very little ❤️ thank you team members for everything and making this party a stress free one! Will be having another party here in the future.
The service was amazing and the woman at the drive thru has mad selling skills! She was bubbly and friendly and fast. The food is delicious! I love how they lettuce wrap. 10/10 will be back again!
I love the French toast sticks here. Now they have a system at the drive thru that is like AI or something. It takes your order and it does it with accuracy and efficiency! I've not seen this before. It's really great.
I had a fantastic experience at Carl's Junior, all thanks to Paloma! I recently ran into a slight hiccup while trying to use an offer code for my order, but Paloma stepped in and made everything right.
Her patience and kindness were truly remarkable. Despite the small issue, she remained friendly and attentive throughout the process. Paloma's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident, and she did an outstanding job resolving the issue promptly.
I recently visited Carl's Junior and experienced exceptional service at their drive-thru. Their new AI system is remarkable; it took my order swiftly and accurately, delivering exactly what I wanted. The food was fresh and delicious, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. With such efficiency and quality, it's no wonder I'll be returning for more. Five stars without a doubt!
I use to like this place a lot but recently in the past month or so it hasn’t been the best ive noticed. Whenever i order my usual order there its either: cold, semi cooked, or parts are missing from the food and or its the wrong quantity. I understand that if theyre busy then the food might be cold. But when i go theres only around 3-4 people in the building and 1-2 people in the drive through so its not really busy from what I’ve noticed. They keep the building pretty clean which is a major bonus. Im not gonna judge because the people might be new and learning but i wish they would up the quality of the food a little
Thanks for reading my review
Fantastic grilled chicken sandwich, juicy and tasty, delish fried zucchini always made to order, friendly staff Alicia was nice and smiled while helping me. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience for me!! Keep up the great work. I would've given you 5 stars for atmosphere but the soap in the restroom is very low, I had to bend down 3 feet to get some lol
Had a great experience at this carls junior with my family. Food was hot and quick and staff was exceptional. I’d like to leave a special thank you for Paloma who was patient with me and helped me get my coupons to work. They went above and beyond on my last visit and we really appreciated it!
