Sadly, it didn't go well. The order was not right by missing patties on the burger, fries were old, and onion rings ordered were not there. They were out of at least 5 different items when people were placing orders. The dining room was dirty, and tables and stairs were not wiped down. Just another GM that doesn't care about his or her restaurant and is there for a paycheck. All of this starts with the GM and works itself down. I will not be back here. You lost a customer.
I work over at the Men's Wearhouse across the street and eat here all the time. Absolutely love all the workers and always have fun over here chatting with them. It's fast food so not the healthiest option, but they have some wonderful products. I usually end up getting chicken stars or chicken sandwich with criss cuts and it's always really good. Their shakes are amazing as well as their new handcrafted lemonade. I would highly recommend this place!
Can't expect to run this place with 2 people and short supplies. Lady ahead of me couldn't get a wrap because they didn't have the lettuce. No grilled chicken either. After i paid for my El diablo burger I was told they were out of the poppers. (BTW the other review from today was someone who ordered before I did and I saw what happened with his burger). Took almost 20 minutes to get my order. I don't think that the staff is indifferent, I think they're just one problem away from shutting off the lights and not coming back.
It's not inviting. The service stinks. And they close too early even more early than what it says here on Google and sign on the door. I'm really sad this location is like this and they can probably definitely tell on their sales at night. I hope it improves and gets new management and new employees as it needs a new revamp and apparently they don't care about their reviews. Most of them here are pretty accurate. Hope the CEOs or whoever's franchising this one takes a long look at their reviews.
Anthony clerk helped with selection guacamole Angus burger combo. It was very good taste and prepared well. Attendant friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with meal attend anthony and tom and service. I will return.
I go here everyday on my lunch break (I work across the street at Target). Shannon is always there (around 1pm) and she is the friendliest service provider I've encountered at a restaurant. She is literally the reason I keep coming back. Keep up the phenomenal job Shannon!!!
I came around 8:30 during snow storm, the store was open and lots of snow on the parking lot i hit divider under snow so hard the employee was outside and seen me, called them no one answered, came to drive through Guy sounds pissed when I asked him if he was ok he said he is not serving me, he said he is alone in the store and can do whatever he wants, my car is severely damaged from that hit
I ordered a dbl Diablo combo, after I had already paid, I was informed that there were no poppers for my sandwich. I was offered a cookie to make it right.
Upon receiving my order, my onion rings were missing and so was the second patty and slice of cheese. The onionrings were over cooked and hard. Instead of fixing my sandwich, they took it back and made me wait 7 minutes to add a patty and slice of cheese, and I got nothing more than an off handed sorry and the opportunity to listen to the backliner and manager argue over whether or not my sandwich was made correctly. I also got to watch the backliner prepare my food bare handed after touching his face and scratching his armpit.
The entertainment kept going as I listened to the crew inform each other of the many items they were out of and how the GM was not going to do anything about it until the truck got there later in the week.
