I’ve taken 2 vehicles to them and I felt like I got over charged on the first, but I just brushed it off, but I got completely screwed on the 2nd!! I asked for them to change my back brakes, they called and said the front brakes needed to be done so they got the go ahead. When I called and asked how much it would be for my car for a simple brake job???!!! I got told it was over $1000!!!! Because they had to do this and that and we put this on and that on because the car needed it! I was never informed of the extra until I called to ask about the price and getting my car!!!
Benjie and company ALWAYS do a great job taking care of my vehicles. Nice friendly staff and fair prices for their service work.
Absolutely the best customer service I have ever seen. A full service station is a very rare thing and I am very happy to see responsible caring people working. Very highly recommend stopping here.
lways have the most wonderful customer service. You could search the entire state & I don't believe you could find a business anywhere that could offer any better! Benji is always a delight & is never without a smile for his customers. I know you DEFINITELY won't find anyone better to trust with your vehicle. He's honest, trustworthy & he knows his stuff!
After a bad experience at Waycross Auto Repair, I came here. Problem was my hood latch cable was broken. I needed to get an oil change today and had no way to get my hood open. Not only did they jump on it right then and there with no waiting, but they did it in less than 10 minutes at no charge. This was probably the most amazing experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. Not only have they gained a customer for life, but I will recommend them to everyone I know. Kudos to you Carl's =)
Good gas prices, and free air for my one wheel hoverboard. It's one of the few places that also has non-ethanol gas that I need for my paramotor! Did I say they had free air and good fuel.
My AC was blowing out air but not cold. I stopped by Carl's. Asked them to check out my AC. My freon was low. They were out so the young man called Auto Zone they brought the freon over in 10 minutes. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. Thanks again. ❤️
Mr. Carl and his staff are TOP notch. Old fashioned FULL service with a smile and great mechanic shop as well. Why would you go to chain when you can get FULL service? Give them a try!!!
