Best WLM Reviews
Not sure what happened to this place but I'll never go again. Not even edible. Chicken hoagie, sliced up tenders deep fried leads to oil filled meat and burned edges. Absolutely gross. Go elsewhere.
Great service, fresh food. I highly recommend the regular calzone. It comes with ham, cheese, and ricotta with garlic spread on the top. Absolutely delicious!
I have always enjoyed carinis pizza but I don't know what is going on but lately I'm not a fan at all tonight I ordered delivery you are only a couple of blocks over but my pizza arrived cold and I paid for pepperoni but only got a few pieces of pepperoni on the pizza also the pizza was completely different from usual and I couldn't eat it it was awful I will no longer be ordering from your establishment.
Got a lge mushroom pizza, garlic knots, they were good but the Veggie wrap was disgusting ????, looked like ground meat n rice mashed in it n soaked with oil sooo bad it dripped all over...,I should have known better !!!,I actually had to throw it out !!!
The pizza was burnt and wasn't pleased about it. Restaurant could use a good cleaning as it's cluttered. Definitely won't eat there again.
Ok so where do i begin.
I ordered chicken wings w bbq sauce
1 small pizza w pineapple and ham
And a jack daniels cheeseburger
And it arrived at 840-845
First of all the young lady who was taking orders over the phone is insisting that she repeated my order when i am 100 percent sure about what i ordered.
I even tried calling and being extremely polite and mentioning how I understand things are hard for first responders during the covid crisis going on. I mentioned this because i appreciate the hard work going on from our first responders.
So i opened my order. Sodas were missing. The chicken wings were extremely old. I have pictures for proof. I Offered to show the manager and was denied ability to show what i was referring to. Only being told that i was basically lying.
I was sent an order of chicken tenders w fries I NEVER ORDERED!
The burger was edible ,but when you hear jack daniels cheeseburger you imagine something savory and with flavor not just burger bun cheese some sauce...
The fries came in aluminum foil and therefore extremely soggy. No ketchup, napkins, forks, or other utensils.
Asked to speak with the manager, After being told by the cashier that i was lying about the chicken. I offered to send a picture to the manager to see the chicken wings but was told that there was no way to send chicken wings back and i would just have to take them. They did however offer to refund the chicken tenders and French fries even though i never ordered them. I sent both back. After i mentioned that i was gonna be leaving a review on google maps and was told by the manager that i was acting childish and that only a child would leave a review on Google and then i was hung up on. Now for those who kept track of my order and are wondering how the pizza w pineapple and ham was.. it wasnt bad.. i slighty enjoyed that atleast. Now hopefully management enjoys this review. Unfortunately i had to resort to being childish as you stated in order to prove my point.
Ordered a large sweet sauce pizza. Thought that would be nice for a change and I was right. I ordered it through slice and they got my order and had it out in a timely manner. The pizza was hot and fresh the dough was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside with a great flavor the sauce was sweet enough too sweet, and I had just enough cheese on it and good mushrooms though I wish they would have been fresh instead of canned but these were good canned mushrooms. I really enjoyed it and I would try again
If I could rate them a 0 I would I waited 3 hours for my food to come cold and for the order to not have what I asked for smh and when you ask to speak to a manger they get mad and hang up on you really sad I use to love this place never again will I order from here
