Completely unhappy with the service the line was going slow. The people didn’t seem to care the order was rude. She assumed what I wanted in my coffee as I was trying to tell her frustrated with me because she had already put that I wanted whip in my hot coffee, which I did not then when I got mine, another lady have been waiting there and they’ve given her food and coffee and scones away to somebody else so she had to wait again. Well they made it a second time and we’re rude to her and talk to her like it was her fault and not theirs. When they gave me my coffee, I had to stand there and wait for them to hand me my yogurt and when I asked about it was frustrated with me over text that I’ve been asked and by telling me oh yeah, will get it to you, so I stood there and had to wait for something they didn’t even have to make just hand me. I will not be going to this coffee again.
Waited in line for 30 minutes only to get some mid coffee that ain’t better than Starbucks at all. I do not recommend this place. Seen a roach in the back. Also got my wife’s Coffee wrong.
The service here is great, the people are awesome. However, TSA moved their schedules back. So now we go to break at 04:30. Google says Caribou Coffee in the main terminal at DIA should be open at 0430. However, all this week they've been closed until 0500. So I now miss out on morning coffee. That's my only complaint, otherwise these guys are great!
The line was about 6 deep at 11AM on a Tuesday. There was a girl ahead of the line who worked for Caribou that was taking my order on a digital pad. She was very polite and pleasant. The service was excruciatingly slow and I have no idea why it takes so much time to form one coffee or one latte. I must’ve waited roughly 13 minutes for five people.
I ordered the iced matcha vanilla latte ($6.90 large) and it’s very tasty. Not too sweet!
By the way, they open at 4am.
I was the first one to order and it took less than 3 minutes wait!
Very inefficient service. Long wait to order and then fit drinks. To add insult to injury my daughter's Chai latte was a coffee drink (she does not drink coffee) but there was not enough time to walk back and wait for them to make the correct drink. It's the airport people. Figure out your systems! Won't be back. Coffee is mediocre in any case.

Woman (Hispanic) who worked here wouldn’t give me my yogurt I had paid for because apparently she already had given it out. I’m 7 months pregnant. Gave me trouble for it for a while. Bagel wasn’t even worth it.
