This really need to stop ! The food is so expensive and other than a large amount of rice ,everything else is small.I purchased an Okra with goat meat yesterday afternoon. OMG!! 2 pieces of goat meat ,1 small crab ???? claw with some mushy pieces of Okra..$21 + it s OK to charge but give an amount decent.2 small pieces of meat !!! and they have a sign that prices are about to go up.
THIS IS A HIT OR MISS! Customer service is terrible. The lady in the front had a terrible attitude, working in this type of environment you need to be more welcoming to the customer. She was just mean and nasty! I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refused to let me speak them! Who ever is in charge needs to address this lady nasty attitude
Customer service was horrible. Lady over the counter looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. Order grio pork was dry and the friend plantations to soft, it tasted oily. Food did not taste fresh. Do you yourself a favor don’t eat there.
This place is literally trash when it comes to customer service. This new girl has such a nasty , bottom of the barrel attitude. It amazes me to see an institution picking the worst employees to drive business down. I truly hope the owner does something about it. As far as myself, I would prefer to take my dollar somewhere I feel welcome.
First time I ever went there, and the food, service, atmosphere was awesome. Great prices, probably the best in town. I'll be a regular from now on!
Customer service was not pleasant. The young lady at the front counter repeatedly sucks her teeth while I’m ordering and then double charges me and had an attitude when I noticed and spoke about it.
This place is awesome????. If you had a long day want to unwind this is the place. I ordered the Honey bbq wings with fries and a Prestige beer. The food was delicious????. My husband had the same thing but with a Red Stripe beer. We wanted to compare Haitian beer vs Jamaicn beer????. One can taste the epis (seasoning) in the meat ????????????. They had a great sound list playing. Sevice was great and fast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.????????????????????
I've been living in PSL for nearly 7 months now and came across this hidden place last week thanks to a good friend of mine. The food was awesome ????????.
