Best WLM Reviews
Loved the green & red homemade salsa & chips brought to our table as we sat down. Very authentic food & hospitality. Friendly service made us feel at home. Prices were very reasonable. Unique menu options. Several flat screens throughout the restaurant with soccer games. Local, family crowd. If you’re in the neighborhood, make sure to stop in, you won’t be disappointed! Very hard to find good, reasonably priced, homemade tasting Mexican food like Cordona’s. Worth a short Divvy ride for solid food.
This place has great tacos and quesadillas. I had the carnitas taco and it was full of flavor. The quesadilla de chicharron prensado was absolutely delicious! My son had a torta as big as his head! Definitely recommend!
A neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Went here with a friend who comes here frequently.
The food is just average and overpriced for a Mexican restaurant. There are plenty of other places that are a lot better than this one.
Had the carne asada (broiled steak) with nopalitos (cactus) It comes with rice, beans, a salad, and tortillas. I expected skirt steak skirt steak, like you usually receive Anna Mexican restaurant, but this meat tasted like a lower cut of meat.
The other meal that we tried was the chuletas de puerco (2 pork chops) with grilled onions. This also came with rice, beans, salad and tortillas. The pork chops were paper thin and very unappetizing.
The third item that we ordered was a chicken pambazo, which is like a torta with chicken, beans, cheese, and salad inside. Sadly it was lacking in all of these ingredients.
The best part of the meal was the handmade tortillas.
I cannot recommend this place and highly doubt that I will return.
Was putting together an order online. When I added a carne asada taco, the price was $6.25 for one. You are out of your damn minds! Was going to try it as it was recommended, but hello no.
I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. The food is delicious. The problem is when you order though a delivery service, the restaurant always forgets an item or does not make the food to your liking as specified through the app. They never read the notes on the app.
I went to this place today after , my mom told me this place was good . I ordered the plain Huarache , can't complain good and flavorful , also tried a barbacoa taco , a bit dry , but good flavor . Service is good , no parking .
Best steak tacos and pozole verde in the city!! See, I’m a Virgo and that means I look good, feel good, and eat good.
$60 for a torta with 4 pieces of meat and 3 tiny orders of rice and beans. We called and they did nothing. Terrible
