A smooth and stress free experience. Dr Patel was very pleasant and professional.
He had his medical assistant X-ray my swollen ankle. I wish I could remember his name, but he was extremely nice. A few hours after my exam, Dr Patel called me with good news regarding the results from radiology. He answered my additional questions and gave me instructions to help relieve the swelling. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needed to see a doctor, even if it wasn’t an emergency.
I had an excellent experience at carbon health in Howell nj. The staff was friendly and efficient, the facility was clean and modern, and I received prompt, compassionate care. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick medical attention!
Medical assistants and physcians are always amazing but every single time I come into this office, the front desk are always the nastiest people in the room and so rude for no reason. They also pick and choose when they want to take walk ins. Turn away my four year old with a crazy fever! Pretty sad considering I worked for this company for two years not very long ago what a downfall they have taken their customer service very disappointing. Do better carbon health
One of the best urgent cares I've ever been to in my life! I was sent here for employment physical and it was the best experience ever. The staff were so friendly, place was clean, and the doctor was amazing. I'm new to this area and so happy i've found a urgent care that I would actually go back to. I made an appointment online and was in there for 15 minutes it was fabulous. They also have an app that I downloaded to make appointments and see my recent visit. I've told my whole family about this Howell location. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you!
Received excellent care and attention. Despite not having an appointment, I was seen pretty quickly and the nurse practitioner who saw me was great. All staff were impressive and very personable!
Probably the best clinic I’ve been to. Great atmosphere, the office is exceptionally clean, the wait time to see a doctor was incredibly fast, and the entire staff is extremely warm and welcoming — they truly make you feel like a VIP. Lenroy greeted us, and we were able to send ids and insurance cards digitally (since we rushed out of the house and didn’t have them on us) which was very easy and convenient. We sat down and were seen within 15 minutes. Our nurse Erin immediately took care of us, she was knowledgeable of what was going on, asked all the right questions, and is very caring. Our Doctor Molly came in shortly after and knew exactly how to treat the infection, scheduled a follow up for the next day, ordered treatment on the spot. She listened carefully, and was calm and very reassuring. We were treated very well and had such a great experience!
I went late in the afternoon on a Saturday for a cough that that hadn’t gone away for nearly 3 weeks. Despite my lungs and chest sounding clear, the staff took chest x-rays and discovered I had pneumonia. Everyone I spoke to - from the receptionist to the x-ray tech and the nurse practitioner - was professional and friendly and seemed to really care about my well-being. Overall I am pleased with my visit, and already have a follow-up scheduled for 48 hours later. My prescriptions were waiting when I drove to the pharmacy directly form the Carbon facility. This was my second or third visit here over the past few years and all resulted in appropriate care delivered, leading to a beneficial outcome. I would recommend to anyone based on my experiences there.
So disappointed in this location! Went there twice in the past week with my daughter, who was recently in a car accident that damaged both of her hands. Both times were treated very rudely by separate front desk staff. The physicians, though and medical staff are fabulous! Carbon health, you need to do better who you hire for your front desk!
