It's been a while since I had a hankering for late night pizza ????...but I found myself out with friends and SERIOUSLY hungry.
Captain Pizza was open after midnight and had some good reviews, so I gave it a try. Ordered a large sausage and extra cheese pizza to go...and an order of cheese sticks as an app while I waited.
The counter server was really pleasant...and so was the chef in the kitchen. The place was clean but a little run down. It looked like the owners take pride in their establishment.

The pizza was hand delivered in the to-go box to my table and was surprisingly good for a simple layer night pie. Flavorful crust, nice sauce and toppings. Very solid late night choice.

Less wait. Enjoyed the stop for much need bit. Appears the business owner or (building) has not maintained that overall look inside and out. Appearance is the only negative. I’ll be back.
This place was just ok. First impression was terrible. We were not greeted by the girl at the register. She never gave us a smile. Never checked on us. Never thanked us or said good bye.
We had pizza delivered to our hotel room. It arrived before the estimated time, hot and fresh, and paper products were provided. Food was great! Delivery driver was very nice!
Just arrived in Daytona Beach and renting an apartment. Saw the Pizza signs and stopped. Store looked good. Wife went in for slices of pizza. They sell slices but only pepperoni and cheese. Had one of each, and they put them in a box. The crust was well cooked and not doughy, and the pepperoni was ample, and it wasn't a cesspool of grease. Best of all it came to $3.50 a slice. A really good experience, especially considering how expensive everything is becoming.
I had the chicken alfredo. It was delicious. We also had a buffalo chicken pizza which melted in our mouths. It was fresh and savory. Our son had pepperoni by the slice. The gentleman at the counter kept us from wasting money by explaining the size of the by the slice pizza. ( Thank you!) For dessert we had ice cream. Customer service was an A++.
By far the best pizza spot in town !!! They never failed me with any of my orders , they’re respectful clean and quick . The owner is nice and generous . Best $13 ever spent
Ordered wings & a Margarita pizza.
My friend tried the pizza & said it was average.
I had the wings & it was horrible! The chicken was so overcooked & dry, that every bite felt like I was eating the bone itself! Not even the bbq sauce could save it.
Delivery service was decent.
