Nice little fish house, not allot of seating. Not anything fancy for sure, carryout may be a better option.
Tried the whitey fish, a little fishy. Fries and slaw very good and fried shrimp were awesome!

I have no idea how anybody thinks the food at Captain Peter's is good. It was expensive, stale, oily and tasteless...a complete waste of my money. Beware.
Every time I go, my food is always fresh pipe and hot and I always receive great customer service. I will highly recommend when you’re looking for some good fish.
I went here to purchase crabs for the first time in Maryland, on a coworker’s recommendation. The young man Shawn was very helpful showing me the differences in the size crabs they had available and his upbeat personality was nice. Get the Shawn special if you don’t want too much seasoning on your crabs. Also, you have to let them know if you don’t want your crabs steamed. I wanted my crab live but didn’t communicate that so they automatically steamed them and I didn’t know they would without me asking so that was a lesson learned for me. Also, I expected the large crabs to be lager. Overall the crabs were hot and flavorful.
I used to frequent this place but the last two times that I went the fish was terrible. I ordered flounder and they gave me some type of frankinfish that looked genetically modified or something. Other family members also complained about how terrible the food has become. I been going to this place for over 10 years but will never go back. I gave thus place about one more year and it will be shut down.
Prices are pretty high food is just average wasn't impressed with the seafood stick with Southern Maryland
I ordered the captain platter which was $20.99 and had to pay a extra $5 just to get tilapia. It was only 1 piece and it wasn't fresh it was the bagged tilapia. 3 shrimp and a couple clam strips. Give people what they pay for. Fish and shrimp have a weird taste.
I love the jumbo fried shrimp and croaker. It is always good!!
