When you need food it works the girls are super short not really friendly and no parmesan cheese at a sub places kinda crazy . Bread kinda dry . But the steak is amazing if it was no bread . Again I only go here when I Need food not my first pick.. This is what you get if you ask for steak and bacon bites
The place looked very clean and the girls behind the counter were polite and fast! Unfortunately, that's the only good part.
The bread is hard, dry, and has no flavor. I was going to ask for extra veggies, however a sign indicated that is not allowed. Would have asked for no season salt as that was the predominant flavor of my turkey club, but didn't think to do so. The oil and vinegar wasn't great, either. Not enough veggies, not sure I got any onion at all. Two razor thin tomato slices and not a lot of lettuce.
This place could learn a thing or two from Jersey Mike's. No Italian sub option. No extra anything. Seating area was blocked off. Overall, not a customer-friendly establishment.
I won't be back.

Got the Ruben sub ($8.50) the meal includes a drink and a bag of chips.
I wasn't aware the cost extra until I had already ate them and went to pay. My total was $14. A small drink and bag of chips cost and extra $6?
The sub was dry and flavorless.
Subs were dry, no sauce, bread hard…. Terrible customer service! Very rude, don’t waste your money!
Been going there every week for a year, I work close by, asked for steak and egg with cheese watched the owner make my food she forgot the cheese asked her to add the cheese before she put it on the bread all I got was a dirty look I hope it was worth losing a good customer
The service was very good but the food is horrible this was my first time and my last time. The bread was literally so hard I had to pull half of it off. I asked for extra mayo and lettuce. I did not receive it two large subs cost me $30. I would give this a 4 out of 10 the bread is absolutely horrible.
The young ladies working were rude. My corned beef sub was nasty unlike years ago. The bread was HARD and Stale. When I asked for the $18 sub to be remade I was told no. I'll never return to Captain Nemos in Belleville to eat again. I hear they like calling the police on black people if they ask for a refund or a sandwich to be remade; so I wouldn't feel safe going back there to spend my money. Seems Belleville is worse now than it was just 5 years ago.
Place to order told them nothing but corn, beef and cheese because my daughter is allergic to tomatoes they put tomatoes onions lettuce went back to Return. It got third-degree question got attitude grab my sandwich and walked out.
