Well sat in line for over an hour, only to finally get to the window pay $64.00 for them to tell me they're outta fish, and don't know how much longer the wait. Got my food home chicken was rubbery, and hard as a rock. Okra was not done No one at my house ate, we dumped it all in the garbage. Never agian. Craptin D's lived up to there nick name.
I had the deluxe seafood platter. Always a good place to get a quick bite of decent food. Service was good and fast.
I’m Inside of because the drive thru line was too long a lady in a purple collar shirt ( red orangish hair ) which I’m sure is the manager opened a customers box (NO GLOVES) touches the fish and hush puppies then touches her nose. Asks for something in the box that is missing and then touches the food again !! Then wanna get mad when I called her nasty and told her employees ion play that‼️ poor employees were scared to tell her she was wrong! Food was cold and the manager was so nasty for handling food this way
Staff greeted us warmly, took our order attentively, gave us food as ordered. Fries were cold, thus the 4 stars. The condiment bar was clean and well stocked. Hand sanitizer was readily available. Food was good; although if fish pieces get any smaller we're going to have to rename them fish fries. Store was clean considering the crowd. One of our favorite Capt Ds.
My food order was correct and hot. There wasn't a huge wait to order nor to receive my food. Overall the whole restaurant was clean including the restroom. The staff was pleasant.
Want a break from burgers....here is your chance. This restaurant serves great seafood and sides on proper plates and silverware. Our meals
With drinks cost between $6-7 dollars each (with some readily available coupons, and was well prepared without “over breading”, or the greasy taste which is sometimes an issue with seafood. Restaurant has a larger than usual seating area and nicely decorated. Service was fast. Need a Berger break....give this restaurant a try.
Service was a little slow for a fast food place. Food was a little salty. Not to sure about the atmosphere because we took our food to go
I love this place during the day, but have had terrible experiences at night. Just pulled out of the drive thru at 8:45 after waiting 20 minutes even though there was only one other car in front of us and we only ordered 1 plate.
