First timer. Older building, could obviously use some updates, but very clean environment - booths, tables wiped down, front counter clean and uncluttered.
I mean... it's fast-seafood. They do make it fresh, though. There are no "hot-spot" lights rotting the food while it waits to be bought.
Not too spectacular, but it's no way near as greasy as a Whataburger... ???? I especially like the sides to choose from, something besides French-Fries. ????

Though I was on foot I got it to go... (5 minute walk to my hotel room) Whitefish dinner was good, Filled me up.
Dining solo I spent $13 (with an extra side of Hush-Puppies ????)
Update: The food and customer service was GREAT today. Food was fresh and hot.
Fish was dark the grease might need to be changed. The French fries was hot but old like they heated up old fries. Waste of money
WORST EXPERIENCE HERE!! I SAT WAITING TO ORDER 25 MIN. AS IF THIS WAS NOT BAD ENOUGH WHEN I GOT HOME AND OPENED THE BOX MY ORDER IS MISSING FOOD I ORDERED AND THE CHICKEN PIECES HAVE SHRUNK IN SIZE AND THE BREADING IS DIFFERENT!!!! I CALL THE STORE TO INFORM THEM..... I AM TOLD THAT THE AREA MANAGER HAS BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE ISSUES WITH THE CHICKEN AND HAS TOLD THEM TO PUSH IT ANYWAY!! NOT ONE THING WAS OFFERED TO REPAIR ISSUES!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
Apparently you're the ghost kitchen for "catfish kitchen". Yall think raw seafood is a game? You'll be served by the end of the week.
We both ordered the deluxe seafood platter and I also got a side of the clam strips. Even with our order being cooked to order, it came fairly quickly. John and Marcus were on it!And everything was excellent. The clam strips were especially good - tender, not tough or "chewy". Michelle, our server, is a complete doll! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
I hadn't been here in forever! The food was great, service was good. The place was clean. We'll be back.
The very nice & professional worker Michelle was one of the best drive through workers I have ever dealt with. She was having to work drive through as well as the front counter. It is ashame of how Captain D's would treat such a great worker.
Terrible experience to the point that I'll never get food from there again. Didn't receive all of the food that I ordered and even worse, it was served in USED Styrofoam tray. Pic attached. When I reluctantly decided to eat it anyway because well thats all I had and they were already closed, noticed that there was burnt, melted cheese under my fries. I don't want to think that this was done deliberately but you never know. Completely disgusted by this and am attaching a pic of what was found under my seafood platter. I don't even want anything in return. Just know that your staff is disgusting.
