Very pricey for what you get. The family meal is a rip off. They charge you full price for premium items instead of an upcharge to edit to a meal so it's really not a family meal because you're missing one side so for fries and fish and a premium item you're looking at about $50 for fries fish and mac and cheese It's not worth it You might as well go to a premium restaurant and have a meal. Going up note it's always clean there and the staff is always friendly oh not to mention the Oreo cheesecake is very good but it's $5 and they no longer have it in the box they now slice it and put it in a plastic container.
3pc fish combo was very fresh. Got my food to go and it sat for about a good 10 min before I was able to eat. Fish and fries were still crunchy. The coleslaw was delicious!
Lady at the window for lunch was very nice.
The food is always amazing! However the customer service is lacking. They are very short with you and can come off kinda rude. I wish they were a little nicer as that would make the experience even better!
I give the cooks. Waitresses a 10 out of 10.
The food was perfect. Hands to the cooks on this Friday afternoon 1/26/24. @ 5:00 pm.... And the waitresses....It was the best since I have been going there through the years.

I switch between Capt Ds and long John silvers.
Normally happy with the food. But today. I was served cool mac and cheese. Not warm, but cool. And the fries were definitly sitting for a bit.
Now I will say, the woman serving came around asking how everything was.
When i explained that the mac was cold. She offered to get me something else.
I was in a bit of a hurry and i chose to say no. But the chicken and fish were hot and tasty so i had half a lunch.
It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Captain D’s because of the service. Went tonight and it was okay the Mac and cheese looks old and only half of my fish is blackened. Everything taste good.
We always order butterfly shrimp, fish or oysters, when in season. The food is cooked and served satisfactorily, keeping in mind that this is a "fast food chain " restaurant. The one thing we find continuingly problematic is paying for our order with more than one gift card. Employees have not been properly trained in the correct cash register sequence and getting the register to accept payment can be challenging.

Food was great, again!!!
Went through the drive thru, made my order and drove around. Took 10 minutes to get my 1 tray. Thought maybe it took so long was because it was all being cooked fresh. Nope. All of it was cold. The lady had no interaction except to tell me my total.
