Lately this place has gone to hell. I don’t know if it’s the workers that don’t care but the food quality has gone down. They don’t read the orders right. And How do you forget mayo on a sandwich when almost all of them come with mayo. Customer service is not what they serve or demonstrate either. The manager named “Bethany” just gave a me a plain “sorry”. That’s it. Like she could have said let me remake the sandwich or can I have the sandwich back, so I can give you a refund. But nope nothing. I understand this place is not the top of the line on anything but dang. I will not be wasting any more money here and suggest you all do that same. It’s really not worth it
I love capriotti sandwiches but this location on Cheyenne never does a good job. One on azure is always amazing. I get sandwiches from this location because its close to work. My sandwich was dry and tasteless. Looked like the ingredients have been sitting too long. My friends order was done incorrectly and it was ordered online. And i found o large bone in my sandwich. Wow
I always call in my order. And when I go to pick it up they always make me wait twenty to twenty five minutes no Matter how Long it's been. Today I called in my order. I went to pick it up 45 minutes later and they Lost my order/did not have my sandwich.. I love Capriotti sandwiches, but this location is very poorly run.. They were busy, but there were 7 or 8 people Behind the counter. There was no organization and No one seemed in a hurry at all.. They weren't even apologetic when they did not have my order..
First time here, mobile ordered. The pretty blonde girl with gorgeous eyelashes greeted me as soon as I walked in and had my order ready right away. My sandwhich was made perfectly, and the customer service was wonderful and makes me want to come back!
They will always mess up your order every single time. The last four sandwiches have been messed up. And I got a soup with two noodles one carrot in a piece of credit chicken. And nothing but liquid broth
Went back again today. And again they messed up my sandwich by putting mayonnaise on it. Wish I could give lower than a one star.
Excellent Turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and stuffing! We drove out of our way so my wife could eat one. I've had these before. Simply the best sub sandwich on the planet!!!
Food is always fresh, made on request. A little pricey but well worth the money.
Please ask your employees to double or even triple check the orders before handing them out. I ordered a Balsamic Chicken salad and got BBQ sauce and some other weird sauce instead of the Balsamic dressing that it normally comes with. Very disappointing. I didn't notice until I got back to work and didn't have time to turn around. I love this place and want to keep coming back but all I get is that salad and now I fear I will get the wrong dressing again.
