I hate to leave bad reviews on small businesses, but unfortunately it’s warranted here!
Came in for a gel pedicure, left butchered. The nail tech was extremely rough and cut skin on all of my toes “to prevent ingrown nails” (which isn’t even something I had or am prone to). One of my toes was bleeding badly and is still leaking fluid almost 2 days later. Their practices are unhygienic and dangerous. I’m honestly worried about the possibility of infection. I can’t believe I paid to be injured, and I’ve attached photos of the worst of it. I don’t recommend this salon, be warned.
I’ve been here before but it has been a while. Though I’d drop in to get a mani/pedi. One lady was doing my toes while another came to do my hands.I was always told “never peel gel nails off, it tears up your nail beds”!!! The woman ripped my gel polish off with the cuticle clippers.. but also ripped my nail off of the nail bed of my thumb!!!
OUCH!!! Then still charged me $75 !!!!

Most unrelaxing pedicure service ever recieved. Messy paint job started chipping within a day.
This photo was just taken today, which is less than a whole day after having them redone. I got them polished in gel this Saturday afternoon, but they started peeling slightly before going to bed and was really bad before a full 24 hours. Also, the tech that was giving me a pedicure cut me and didn’t apologize until after I had pointed out that I was bleeding. With that being said, I will not be going back. What a complete waste of money.
I was cut by two different people here on two different occasions. I thought the first time was just a fluke, but these ladies are rough and do not care. As someone who has been getting pedicures for 20 years, this is never ok and never happens. I am new to the area, And every place around is busy except for this one. Unsanitary! One lady tried to fix the pedicure station with the same gloves on for my cut toe. Where is the health dept? I won't be back.
HORRIBLE!!! I WAS CUT WITH THE CUTICLE CLIPPER BY THE OLDER LADY ON THREE OF MY NAILS!! I WAS BLEEDING AND HAD TO PUT NEOSPORIN ON IT! TO TOP IT OFF I WAS STILL CHARGED 35 DOLLARS!! RIDICULOUS! I SHOULD'VE READ AND LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS! STAY AWAY!!
The girl who did my nails cut my finger and blamed me by saying that I moved. I asked for French nails. I told her I wanted fake tips, but she acted like she couldn’t understand and just painted the ends of may nails white. My natural nail is not long enough for this look. She didn’t clean around my nails after she painted them. She was in a rush to get to the next person. Way, way over prided for the service and end product..
I’ve been going here since 2007 I’m very picky I know good work when I see it. They are just like any other nail salons you have some that knows what they’re doing and some that like to rush. I go to the same 2 people every time I go. And that’s the First Lady station to the left when you walk in and the 4th station to the left they’re the best. With pedicures and nails. They are very aggressive on your feet and that’s good for me, I take a lil pain and job done right. Over expensive and basically it felt like you only washed my feet and polished my toes any day…
