We have used CDMT several times for trips for my disabled wife. The drivers are amazingly kind and caring. The guys in the office also are so kind and efficient. If you have to wait for a return trip it is always for a good reason and they always apologize for the wait. Thanks guys for being there!

I had an appointment for 10:15 AM and was given a pick-up time for 9:15 AM. After almost 35 minutes of waiting, I called and explained that nobody ever showed up. I was told that I was in their computer, but not on their roster for pick-up. I had to call and cancel my appointment less then half an hour before I was supposed to be there. I will NEVER accept them again. :(

Your driver just jumped in front of me pulling out of nursing home, just cut me off with my kids in the car had to break hard! Driver 58 in Utica and I have it all on video. Is he that much in a rush that he has to jump in front of me while I’m gonna 33 mph? Or is your drivers just idiots ? And I have cdl also so I’m a professional driver myself

The drivers were spectacular - caring, kind. The business is run poorly - not telling customers that they won’t be waiting at the appt for the client. Client left waiting on a stretcher for over an hour. Other transport companies we have used wait for the client during the appt. - hence the high cost. Again, not the drivers fault - it’s management.
