I have an allergy to cheese I order NO CHEESE only to drive 15 minutes away only to get home with a whole lot of cheese under my salad. The cook was very distracted talking and not focused also the music was very loud like I was in the club. The kicker is they don't do refunds after they messed up on my food. This is bad customer service I will not be coming back.

Typical Detroit style coney's, very good.

Mushrooms were good also.

The 1 thing I really am not a fan of, is the thick glass between me and the order taker. Some places it's quite difficult too hear, especially when they are busy.

The service was horrible. Will never return drive thru needs to be repaved pot holes big enough to rattle your rims straight up ghetto

Very very disappointed ☹️ had to ask for powdered sugar for times and then lady argued with me imitation fake butter on top of my French toast, also a customer who was dying and went back up to ask for some water and some hot sauce and was told next time order everything all at once very rude and disrespectful. one-chick lady walked in behind the counter and was yelling at people and very disrespectful, very very unpleasant and unprofessional

Terrible..first time at this coney island..$14 grilled chicken salad...

This was my second time ever coming here the customer service is overall just poor i checked my order before i left and noticed the chili cheese fries i ordered for somebody else barely had any cheese on it and so i went to the window and said hey i barely have any cheese on my chili cheese fries and i was told we don’t sell squeeze cheese not “ what can i do to fix it” but we don’t have any squeeze cheese right after i done spent almost $40 i told the lady that would be nice to let people know before they spend their money and expect one thing and get another and decided she wanted to go back and forth with a pregnant woman at that like i said before don’t waste your time at this Coney Island it’s very poor in customer service and very disrespectful if i could’ve left no stars it would’ve been just that

Despite the bad reviews I went anyway and I was surprised. The customer service was outstanding and the food was made to perfection. Nov 9th 1:36am keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen

I can't do it very much love to give it a five star rating, but I can't. The place is unhappy. At least it was to me when I got my food. Lots of bulletproof plexiglass. Lots of old seating. And woman that I met who was the face of capital Coney Island, just seemed tired and unhappy. The food was terrific. It was plentiful and it was delicious.

If you don't mind a sad atmosphere, you will eat to your heart's delight at Capitol Coney Island. In my humble opinion.
