Have used this shop before with no issue. However took my vehicle in about a week ago for a diagnoses. Was told I would hear what's going on from them by the end of the next day. Now half way into the following week after repeated attempts to find out, and having to have someone else reach out, was told the mechanic is on vacation and will be back Monday next week to handle it. Okay. Got a feeling to go check on the vehicle physically at around 730 pm Wednesday night. Found my vehicle parked OUTSIDE of their locked gate, in their drive way facing the road UNLOCKED with the keys in it! I can't fathom why this was an appropriate action.
If you value communication, peace of mind, and security I would suggest finding another shop!
This was the best place I ever found. They were always so honest and did such awesome work.. I have no idea where to go now after learning that until further notice they are closed ????????
I love that they are always so nice and reasonable on prices too. I went for an oil change and did not even have to wait ever long and then I was back on my out the door. Thank you guys!
The entire company as a whole is fantastic. From the mechanics to the receptionist, I felt very they were honest, up front and clear about everything. I've had two very inconvenient problems occur with my vehicle this past year & every time they were quick to help diagnose, quote accurately, and fix my vehicle in a very timely fashion. Being a nanny means I work well before and after business hours, however, they were more than happy to accommodate me.
I have had them do work on 4 different cars I have owned over the last two years and have had no complaints. They have done a good quality job at a fair price, and I have never had to go back for the same problem a second time. They are friendly and courteous, they do good work and I recommend them to my friends.
Honest and professional service, Dean is a great mechanic and the staff always tries to address the customer needs. I strongly recommend them ! This place is owned by two women, their mission is to provide honest professional service, without feeling like you being taken advantage of, if you are a woman, you won't be ripped off, I guarantee that they will take of all your automotive repair needs.Had an oil change done on 6-25 -19, it was done quickly and efficiently, came away satisfied. ????????????????

Very friendly people, a little out of the way and not super easy to find. Gave me a free safety inspection on a truck I bought and an estimate on the repairs needed. The parts prices were almost double what I found them for on Amazon and the total seemed quite high. I don't think they were being dishonest, just a typical repair shop. The are a woman owned business and I would like to support them but I just could not afford the prices. The person gave me a 100 dollar coupon but off nearly three thousand dollars it was not much incentive.
