Best WLM Reviews
For over twenty years, this Cantonese spot has been our go to for special occasions and it never disappoints. We always start with their pan-fried seabass simple yet divine. The snow pea leaves stir-fry bursts with freshness while the General Tso’s Chicken hits the spot with its sweet and savory sauce.
Their chicken fried rice and beef chow fun are staples, always satisfying. The Hunan Chicken brings the heat while the salt and pepper calamari are crispy perfection. Don’t forget their signature condiments such as hot chili oil and belacan because they add that extra kick we love.
In short, this Chinese restaurant is a treasure of Cantonese flavors and we can’t wait for more years of delicious memories here.
This food is literally disgusting the chicken taste like spoiled and when you bite into it it feels like the chicken had a muscle cramp before they cooked it, it was so disgusting biting into it and they have people complaining about the chicken all the time and refuses to give people a refund and stop using the same chicken they been using. Don’t not eat here save your money it it’s worth it I make better Chinese food at home
Best Chinese food in Atlanta, hands down. Consistently delicious. (I am Chinese)
House fried rice is delicious including Chinese sausage. Salt and pepper pork chops are amazing and the jalapeños give them a perfect kick. Green beans with minced pork or beef, delicious. Calamari is perfectly seasoned and also delicious!
Pictures are from two separate dinners there.
I honestly don’t think you can go wrong ordering anything on the menu. We will certainly be back soon to try more of the menu, along with our favorites listed above. Enjoy!
The food came fast and it was delicious. Since I didn't pay I cannot speak to the price. But I want to return.
We were interested to try since it’s been around for a long time and people seem to like it. It was really busy, so we thought that was a good sign. But we didn’t like the food at all. It’s definitely a more Americanized Chinese restaurant that reminds me of mall food court Chinese food. The quality and taste did not nearly meet our expectations. It seems they go for quantity over quality. The fried rice was good, but the pork in it was dry and chewy. We tried a beef panfried noodle dish that was gross. Their automatic tipping they slip in is also sketchy. I wouldn’t eat here again even for half the price.
Well, let's talk about Canton Cooks, the name in itself, says it all. The food looks as good as it tastes. The service is very exquisite, and the atmosphere matches the scenery. Everything is so good that when you leave this place, you will definitely miss it, but then you will quickly realize that you want to savor the flavor and the memory of this place, so as to not wear off or taint your experience in Canton Cooks, you should save your visitations for special occasions to keep your experiences FRESH. ???? ???? ????
SO HAPPY! First time visitor on a recommendation. Sesame chicken, pork fried rice, lobster in Green Onion and Ginger sauce, chicken lo mein, crunchy noodle, egg rolls, and white rice. This is wonderful food with fast and friendly service. My picky 7yo now loves Chinese food and says we must return soon! Looking forward to making this a tradition!
Visiting Atlanta for work...tried Canton Cooks...and I'm glad I did. Food was delicious and Hot...fried rice and chicken wings were amazing. You know a place is good when there are older Asians coming to eat while you are there. Great atmosphere and a plus was that they even spoke Spanish.
