Everything i ate was noy good. Chow mein taste like tomato soup. Broccoli tasted like plain broccoli ans the orange chicken was mediocre at best.
Hi everyone just wanted to give you a heads up about this place as a first time customer this was by far the worst Chinese food I ever tasted send my hubby and son to go pick up some food because today was an exhausting day and didn’t feel like cooking. When they got back we began to eat as my son kept trying to tell me something but my hubby told him to just be quite because we are eating...The chow mein had no flavor and tasted very different from the rest then when I grabbed my egg roll I noticed lil hairs all over it and 2 really big indent marks that look like teeth imprints as I showed my family this both my son and hubby closed their box and my son instantly began throwing up when he was done he said that’s what I was trying to tell you. He said after they got finished packing the plates and paid they were waiting on the egg rolls when the cook started screaming and talking mad crazy in Chinese then another guy worker and the lady who was taking the order grabbed a dust pan and rushed over to him. my hubby said what is that is there a rat and she said no it’s water And grabbed the egg rolls as my son got done telling me this I closed my box and my hubby was running to go throw up his self I gave him a napkin and water then I began throwing as well even tho I hardly ate it was so disturbing hearing all of this!!!big wast of money !!spent over 60 that was just thrown up or thrown away. Now everyone is going to bed with a upset stomach and empty stomach!! Just choose anywhere else and save your time the disappointment. They were not rude at all it was just the situation, story and the tast of the food for me!!!
I’m doing a series of reviews where I eat at food places I haven’t been to in 5-7 years since I moved away.
My family use to own the donut shop a few doors down and they were close with the old owner of the restaurant. Since I was young, I ate here all the time when my family was working. There’s a nostalgic factor and the taste is comforting.
I recently ordered again and this place is definitely quantity over quality. I watched as the servers kept piling spoonful after spoonful on my plate! I’m not complaining as the food lasted me a few days! I always order the same thing - noodles, S&S chicken, garlic chicken, and Spicy pork (the best entree!!). The food is on the salty side also, so have a beverage close by to enjoy. Overall, if you are looking for huge portions and food that will fill you up, definitely get Canton.
Got a bowl to go with chow mein and orange chicken. The chow mein had zero flavor and tasted like dirty sink water. The chicken didn't have much flavor. The sweet and sour Sauce tasted rancid and expired. Couldn't even finish our food
I ordered the bowl...half rice half chow mein, and curry chicken...the chow mein tasted like cardboard and was super dry, and the curry chicken was so watery with no taste at all....my money spent on food that tasted like cardboard.. not going there again
Chow mein wasn’t oily like some other places, and the orange chicken wasn’t too tangy either. Veggie rolls are good too. 10/10, service was quick despite the line out the door. Thank you to everyone working.
Food was gross, the chew mei has ZERO flavor! It tasted like it was only boiled in water with no salt, the beef broccoli was over seasoned and the spicy chicken was hard. Never going here again threw the oboe plate in the trash, Waste of money.
Really good food, always fresh. Great prices too. Just parking around there can be a bit crazy. Couple of tables to dine in. Staff always friendly.
