10 stars! The best sandwiches in all of CC County are made here! The staff is very friendly and upbeat- you can tell the crew absolutely love their jobs and! the "decor" in the shop is pretty great! The sandwiches are pretty pricey, but absolutely worth the cost!
Oh! And meatball parm.
My co worker recommended this to me. This is my new favorite sandwich spot! Amazing choices and fresh sliced meats. A must try!!
As you enter Clayton, between the Bocce Courts and Skipollini's, don't blink. Park, and see what's on the Daily Menu Board. No,you can't call or text or order online. As they say, Subway is around the corner!!! If you want a great big delicious sub....go here!!!! It's well worth it!!!

Is my go to. I love the sandwiches and the people that work there are wholesome and kind.
By far and away the best lunch spot in Clayton, so long as you like great sandwiches. Massive and delicious without breaking the bank. Even the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which as you can see, is extensive.
The best sandwiches ever! Bread is soft, meat is tender, and the flavor is perfect. I don't eat out often but if I'm around Clayton this is where I'm eating.
When in different locations with my job I check google for places to eat like all of us and found this hometown gem nice family ran business sandwich shop was my first time here definitely won’t be my last while in this area.
I was up in Clayton visiting my buddy "Doc" who works at Canesa's. I went there for the second time and again, this place did not disappoint! Not only is the atmosphere hilariously irreverent, but the sandwiches are FANTASTIC. I stand by my original claim that this is the best sandwich shop I have EVER eaten in!! If your passing through the very small town of Clayton, be sure to add Canesa's to your list of "must" visits.
