Worst state inspection experience ever. I have been in the states for 10 years and I’ve never met a person treating his customer like this.
I came in the morning and this person was very impatient. I asked him the price of the inspection and how long it would take to finish it, he just kept saying “leave the key and the registration in the car” for 4-5 times. When I asked how long it’d take, he just kept shaking his head and said “as long as it needs”.
This place doesn’t know how to respect and cater their first time customer AT ALL. If you wanna be paying money unhappily, be treated very impatiently and be shaken head off, this is definitely the right place for you.
Love these guys! Brought my car in for a handful of repairs, the work was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Great customer service on top of great work.
I went to renew the auto state inspection, and the guy was very rude and arrogant. From arrival until I left, his service was extremely rude. After I finished the payment, I asked him if he changed the inspection sticker just to double-check, and he yelled at me, saying, "Are you serious? What do you think I'm doing here? You don't think I'm doing my job?" Wow, really? I've experienced terrible service here. Also, I actually doubt if they really do their job. I didn't look at the full work, but when they checked the tire pressure, they just touched the tire with a hand and felt it. Are you serious? All I need is just a new state sticker so I don't care, but I doubt their professionalism.
Friendly folks. Good place to stop for gas, or get your Inspection Sticker.
Zack was able to immediately diagnose and fix a car issue that Herb Chambers had misdiagnosed on multiple occasions. So grateful for his expertise and fantastic communication.
I work down the road and needed to get my car inspected. I came by right around 520pm after they closed (which I didn't know) and the owner was fantastic. He said that unfortunately he had already close down the system, but that if I gave him a call he would stay open so I could swing by on my way home from work the next day! He was incredibly flexible which I have not seen anywhere else. On top of it, when I came back for the inspection the man working was great and got me in and out in 25 minutes! I would highly recommend them for their great customer service!
This is the place to go for an exceptionally efficient, courteous state auto inspection experience. There's seating available in the heated store, which is spacious enough to accommodate drivers (with social distancing) while they wait. Because it's also a gas station and has an air machine, it's one-stop shopping for multiple vehicular needs. I was in and out lickety-split during its super-convenient Saturday morning inspection hours.
Good place for inspection sticker. Owner is a pleasant guy. Family arts and crafts are for sale in the shop.
