Came and tried to cash my check. I'm on workers compcurrently cancel my debit card since it was stolen signed my check in my vehicle Waited online for at least ten minutes only for them to say they can't cash My check because I had signed it outside the building Totally ridiculous Literally live down the street always came here I must start avoiding this place at all calls now Steer clear this place run down and sells like urine
I try to pick up money from this location at Bristol in Santa Ana for 3 time and every time they told me that they don’t have money.
Really bad customer service
I tried going into cash my financial aid check so I can pay my rent and the stupid lady inside with the short brown hair and glasses decided to take my check and try not to give it back
They dont speak english, I asked for a money order and the lady couldnt understand me
This place is absolute trash.
they told me on the phone they cash personal checks, so I waisted the last of my gas to drive here and they tell me they can't cash it with no proper reason.
Never come here.
Went in to pay my Spectrum bill and the female cashier over charging by .75 cents just to pocket. You got a job stop being selfish and assume that a customer wants to tip you. UNTIL YOU HEAR THE WORDS KEEP THE CHANGE.. YOUR A PETTY THIEVERY.
YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE...
Always Excellent customer service n cheap price for changing checks.
Fast and efficient service
