Love me some California Burger. They are just tasty! Fries are spot on as they are crispy and seasoned well. Burgers are big and very tasty. I personally love them hands down over 5 guys. Their milkshakes are pretty amazing as well. There is no atmosphere as it's drive up only but it doesn't matter. My son and I's absolute guilty pleasure!
I thought from the reviews we would have to wait a long time. We pulled up, ordered and got our food within a few minutes. They were so kind! Excellent customer service and the food was amazing! We were convinced to try a vanilla shake and it did not disappoint! So good!
It's drive-thru and pick up at the window only and you will have to wait in the line.... So not advised if you are in a big hurry.... However the food is fresh, hot and incredibly delicious so definitely worth the wait. Plus the folks at the window are very friendly. It's a little on the high side, the price, but in my opinion the quality and service make up for it.
Excellent food cooked to order. Yes, you have to wait, but it is great to have it handed to you hot off the grill. Their bacon avocado burger is hot and juicy perfection.
I ordered a med reg fry and a reg curly fry. I inquired if I could make the curly fry chili cheese fries I was told no, I asked why not as I was willing to pay extra but I was told very rudely “we don’t do that”. I then got to window and they had not made my curly fry either and I had to sit and wait for what I had already ordered. Very bad customer experience.
Do not sleep on this place. Burgers are delicious and cooked to perfection. Also the curly fries are probably the best I have ever had. I had the California melt - on sourdough with special sauce and avocado. My wife had the California knockout and both were very good. Drive thru service was quick and order was correct, which is getting to be more and more rare. 5 stars and we will be back.
I recently visited this restaurant's drive-thru expecting a satisfying meal on-the-go. While I was pleased with the fast service and friendly staff, I must say that the quality of the food left much to be desired. The dishes lacked flavor and some ingredients seemed to be of low quality. I tried a few of their signature items, but none of them stood out as particularly memorable. The overall experience was disappointing, and I would suggest that the restaurant's management focuses on improving their food quality to match their great service.
I was skeptical, but this place lived up to the hype! We went on a Thursday around 2pm. The line was long, and we waited approx 50 minutes, but it seemed an appropriate amount of time for a small place with made-to-order burgers, and so much selection. Everything was delicious, but the California Melt definitely deserves the spotlight. The crunch of the toast and creaminess of the avocado took this burger to the next level!
