Best WLM Reviews
To be avoided at all costs!
The people at this alledged repair shop are highly unmannered and unprofessional. The "owner" is unresponsive to phone calls and has an extremally short temper and shows signs of mental instability who won't pull back from yelling for no reason not even after it's been repeatedly brought to his attention that he is talking in the presence of a 4 year old child; the mechanic needed 2.5 weeks!!! to partially diagnose my car, get the inside of the car super dirty with his oily hands (ceiling included?!?) and fixed absolutely NOTHING in over 3 weeks. Took my car to professionals and it got fixed in 7 hours- same price/ no drama, no disturbed behaviors, no yelling, just doing!!!
It would be better if people would stick to what they are actually good at or LEARN if they are not at the minimum level of acceptable at least. It's no fair game waisting people's time and energy on unprofessionals of this severity.....
Before moving here, we had a mechanic we went to for 16 years... We know what a good mechanic means.... certainly not this place and ppl.
Found them by doing a google search and reading the good reviews so I figured I should write one. They got me in last minute for an urgent fix on my truck that all the other shops I called couldn't do till a week later. Very nice and professional. Best prices out of everyone I called as well. Great work. I will definitely be going back for future work.
Professional but friendly. Did a great job on my new tires and alignment. Comfortable waiting area. Not just a bench outside the shop, enclosed area with many comfortable chairs and heater.
Made the wait not so bad!
Unreliable crew, unworthy of your time if you really want your car fixed.
Have been going to Michael's for many, many years. We consider him, the Family Mechanic.
Very friendly, reasonable prices, most excellent work, trustworthy, accommodating.
If you need your vehicle worked on, don't where to go, who to trust? Call Michael
I give this business 10 ????s
I would recommend this place to my Mother very reliable mechanical service not going to have you fix something that doesn't need fixing and excellent competitive prices on new tires and slightly used tires. Customer service is what they show you in their pride of workmanship. My whole family has been coming here since 2005.
Beyond grateful to Mike for assisting with a bent wheel just prior to a cross country trek. You are a trip saver! Thank you for getting my daughter's car roadworthy in such a helpful, timely way.
Awesome service! Fast and friendly! I’m traveling and had a blowout on my trailer on my way to my vacation and these guys were the closest to me, they helped me without any hesitation and made my travels super easy by not having me wait long at all to get my new tires done and back on the road again! Thanks again!
