They were very professional from beginning to end. The best thing in my opinion was how they kept in constant contact throughout the entire process. If days needed to be added or a part was late or something happened, they would call and text message to ensure I was aware of the situation. My car looks as good as new and special heads up to Dulce was pleasant polite and extremely efficient through it all.
They did a great job on my car, unfortunately they need to have a better system to order the parts that they are going to need. Also they scheduled many appointments on Mondays and there’s no parking for customers to drop their cars. Otherwise we would have given them 5 stars ⭐️
My experience with California Auto Body was amazing. I commend the professionalism shown by all technical/office staff in dealing with customers. They walk their talk. The repair went smoothly as scheduled. I recommend California Auto Body to others to have a taste of such an excellent experience.
Very fast and professional! Easy to work with and very helpful when I brought up concerns! Dulce and Bryan where both great in making my experience more confertable after my accident.
Omg they made my car look fabulous the entire shop is amazing and did such fabulous work on my car even added a metal reinforced bar on my number and covering my radiator. I highly recommend this shop to any who want great work done on their car
Before taking my car there I doubted it a lot because it didn’t have good comments but I wanted to give them the opportunity and I said if they would do a good job ????and confidently I left my car . And yes thank goodness everything was is perfect my car looked amazing as it was my doubts was that since there were many young boys working there I thought these children would work good? But the truth is they covered my mouth because they are like my daughter’s age and I said of course they work and are professional and responsible!!! And what I loved most is that they are so friendly and smiling that if made me trust them, not all the young people are irresponsible and not California adults are responsible we have to give our young generation the confidence and opportunity because if is the future and they just want an opportunity, please do not hesitate to trust them thank you California Auto body please don’t stop smiling and being kind,it makes you better person and don’t stop fighting for your dreams
I find it funny they have different prices for different customers re: estimates. Today I stopped in to make an appointment to get an estimate. Should have been a red flag when the woman who answered the phone put me on hold and didnt click back over. I'm assuming is is the same bigger woman at the counter when I walked in. She was rude and wanted to charge me $80 for a two minute estimate. Huge difference than Calliber Collision, who welcomed me with a cup of coffee and a beautiful smile. Not to mention, a free estimate. I'm glad I didn't get my car repaired at California Auto Body.
