The food was fresh and tasty! I had the steak burrito and my husband had the Mexican burger. Both were good! I love the sand area outside and its all closed in so the kids can play while we sit and eat. The frozen Margarita was on point! We will definitely be back!
This place is an experience! Everything on the inside makes you want to slowly tour while waiting for your food. I can only imagine the scene during Cinco de Mayo! With that said, this is also a very kid friendly place. The food options are plentiful and span from Peruvian to Puerto Rican to some other ethnicities (Pan Latin). Food looked eclectic, tasted decent. The flare/aesthetics of the food was better than taste only because I assumed it would be more seasoned. It was not bad though! Wife has the mango margarita & said it tastes like perfection. The line does get long; we stood in line for about 10 minutes. It was worth the wait.
Fun eclectic Mexican restaurant. Outdoor space with shaded picnic tables on the sand. Dog friendly. Family friendly. The Cuban sandwich and rice and beans were great.
Very cool place for lunch or dinner. We went in October and the decorations inside were crazy! It was counter service when we went for lunch. The cashier was helpful and knowledgeable. We liked all the options for our plant based diet. It was a little weird filling out water cups from what looked like hose tap, but was all part of the experience! Will be back for sure.
The cubano sandwich is way worse than at the 5 points locations and more expensive. Huge disappointment, no flavor. I got steak and it is not grilled, more like steamed. There was hardly any cilantro or any fresh flavor. $14 for just a sandwhich with a whole lot of mayonnaise:/. Service was friendly though.
We love Cali n Tito's we always have a good experience eating there the food is so good, also always gonna have a place in our hearts, we hired them for the catering of our wedding and they where always super nice and patient especially Jhonny, everyone loves the food in the party.
It's a classic to come here when you're in Athens. Usually get their fish tacos or cubanos. This time I got the Peruvian Fajitas. Which was very very salty. I understand there's tortillas but I don't want to be overwhelmed with carbs since there's ready fries and rice. Their chips with salsa & queso is a must!
They go all out for Halloween! The churrasco is insanely delicious and high quality. They have a Cuban sandwich that's fantastic. All their chicken dishes are great too. And there's a kid hot dog dish that the kids loved ????????
