I have been on 3 different occasions due to illness. The entire staff, from front desk - to the doctor themselves. Have been phenomenal! They are personal and treat you like a human being, I have watched them go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable.
I absolutely love my experiences here and recommended them to my coworkers and friends
Should have zero stars. Don't waste your time here. If you are a walk in...you will wait 2 hours and not see a P.A. Tried to call earlier this morning for appt. but they don't open until 9 a.m. Gor there at 9:05 and waited two hours and left. Didn't feel good...that's why I came to the clinic.
Horrible place. I waited over an hour to be seen and still left without being seen. I was at the desk attempting to reschedule for another time and discussing the delay with the receptionist. When a nurse , not sure of her name, this was my first visit . Turned to me and very rudely stated, “I’m doing the best I can ma’am “! No one was even speaking to her or about her . I was not being rude or complaining simply inquiring as to the hour and 15 minute delay. Save your time and don’t bother going here .
Terrible! I took my husband there at 5:30 to be seen, and they told him they stopped taking walk-ins at 5pm today due to patient load but offered to schedule appt for tomorrow, so are you an urgent Care or both and the lady informed me they are both but basically cater to their steady customers (naturally) however stop telling and promoting yourself as a urgent care if you can't EVER urgently take customers!!! It makes no since and this is just 1 of 3 terrible experiences with this place. I have been in customer service my entire life and never seen a business offer two services but you can only ever get one the other always has an issue
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give zero stars if I could. I had an atv accident 4 days ago. My whole face started swelling this morning. I got up and went in to be checked to make sure nothing major has happened since my er visit. I walk in with no apt since it's supposed to be an urgent care. I tell the lady "I need to be seen. My face is swelling and I had an atv accident" before I could give anymore information I was refused service and told they do not see any types of accidents. Is that not what an urgent care does though??? She said I can suggest where you can go and before I told her where SHE could go, I walked out. I was in pain from the swelling and was told to go elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous. No compassion, nothing. Just pointed to the door. I went to an urgent care in Durant and was treated with no issues. Good thing it wasn't life threatening or this place would let you walk out and die. They don't care. I will never be going back here. I've used them several times in the past since I live right here but I'll take my chances going somewhere else from now on. I wouldn't even bring my dog here after the way I was treated this morning.
BY FAR the best medical care I have ever received!
I came in with a muffler burn in need of a fast treatment and relief. Not only were they efficient but EVERY staff member, including the pharmacy tech was caring and attentive.
Our doctor here is amazing!! She has done so much for my husband and his diabetes!! Wait times maybe long but they are worth the wait!! You have to remember when your going in that this office is a urgent care and drs office in one so expecting to wait is always something to consider!!
Like the doctors is the only reason I went with 2 stars but it’s impossible to see them. Front desk help is ridiculous, leave you on hold extensively every time, you can’t get appointments regardless of how many times you have been in and forget about walking in. They only take walk ins if they feel like it. Call and ask if they are taking walk ins, the answer is yes. Leave the house 20 mins later call that we are on the way. No longer accepting walk ins. Then, need a physical and have poison ivy, want to make an appointment to kill 2 birds with one stone. No, you need two appointments for billing. Ok, make them like 30 min apart the same day. No, only different days. I’m not trying come in 15 times. Went to Texoma Care Urgent Care which is a real walk in ONLY facility both times and they could handle it. Their help needs help.
