We were traveling from Arkansas to Florida and we’re having trouble with the ac in 95 degree weather with four kids and my mother. Salmon treated us like family from the start and made sure our family of 7 were comfortable while he and his crew got us back on the road and back to our vacation route! He took less time than expected and charged us less than he estimated! You just don’t meet any more honest and respectable people like him anymore. They gave 210% and we’re such a pleasure to meet❤️ We appreciate you guys so much!!!!!!!
I was driving thru the night from Ohio to Florida, with my wife and one year old daughter, when we struck an object in the road. This caused a loud grinding sound, so we pulled over to stop for the night. We showed up to Fuentes Auto shop at 7am Saturday morning. He was in the shop (Doing paperwork) but doesn't open until 9am on Saturdays. He opened his shop early to help get us repaired and back on the road. He was able to fix our car and get us on our way quickly. I could tell he had plenty of work to do, so it was greatly appreciated that he made us a priority. We were also in a situation where he could have charged us any amount of money, but charged a more than reasonable price for the repairs. I offered to tip him some extra cash for opening early, but he declined and said he enjoys helping those in a tough spot. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
Great service, I am a hotshot driver, just needed a headlight and 15 minutes done. Great service and great guys. I rate them a 10 out of 10. Thanks Michigan Tom
This is a dependable business with honest employees. They are quick when it comes to getting the job done and their customer service is excellent. If you need help with towing your vehicle call South Calera Towing. I was amazed with their professionalism and service.
On May 18th 2018 my girlfriend and several family members were on a family vacation in Destin, Fl. On the way back home the serpentine belt broke on them in Calera, Al. Having several small children in the car and everyone being female they were quite worried. They found this shop in a quick map search and gave them a call. They were advised to bring the car on over and they would be happy to try to help. It was a very warm summer day and the owner told the ladies to make themselves comfortable in the only air conditioned area he had, his office. It turned out the belt they needed was an hour away and they immediately went to pick it up in order to get the vehicle repaired for them. The owner also offered to let them use his own personal vehicle to go get the kids something to eat if they were hungry. The whole repair visit probably lasted 2.5-3 hours with most of that travel to get the part for them. The ladies were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I am TRULY grateful to this AMAZING business. They are a true blessing to their customers. PLEASE support this location if you need auto repair! They are the true definition of customer service. THANK YOU!!!
This guy here was great. We were working out of town and needed a new rotor and such and he let us borrow his truck for the weekend while he worked on our truck. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much.
