Thought this posted over a year ago, but apparently not... Had a unique issue with a GM factory design flaw where the trans cooler line was rubbing a front bumper bracket and eventually got a pin hole. They were diligent and very reasonable getting new trans cooler lines put back on... It was a pain to thread all those lines back through everything, but they got it... Excellent people and great service...
Came back today (1/27/2023) for a position 2 NOx sensor failure on my Duramax that had my engine light on and the Driver Info Center telling me it was going into limp mode in 107 miles if I didn't resolve it! Rex and his crew fit me in to get it replaced and back on the road. Really happy with their knowledge and ability... Hope to never need any more repairs, but this is the only place I'd bring it... Thanks again guys!
Rex was absolutely a great person to work with. By the time our repairs were finished I felt like I had known him all my life. We are not from the area, our motorhome transmission was damaged during a trip we took. And we lucked up and found Caldwells to have it towed to for the work that it needed. Absolutely would recomend them to anyone anytime. Thank you for taking care of us!
These are the people you want working on your semi truck. They are knowledgeable, honest, and actually have integrity. Called them to change out clogged fuel filters that kept my truck from starting, they showed up in a timely fashion with the right parts and had me back running in no time. I couldn’t be happier with the service i received. If I was local to the area I would strongly consider making this my own home shop.
Rex is a rare item . Which is a Honest man. If some things not right he will drive out and fix it.. great guy.. His crew is also good guys and seem to actually care about there work. Very rare in the repair world.
Very nice and fair folks very o/o friendly. They came out to replace my failing drag link. Total of maybe 20 mins. Did not RIP me off. They got the job done fast, honest and fair. I will be using Caldwells if/when needed when I am in the area. Thanks guys. Highly recommended for o/o.
These guys know their stuff. Have taken our vehicles there for a few years. Always reasonable prices and quality work.
Very helpful met me at the nitro pilot. Jumped right onmy.truck and got it done. I also helped a little. But over charged by 1 hour on labor. Charged me 3 when it should have been 2.
Fair and Friendly group of guys. Really took the time to fix a old Van that I bought
