My family and I were traveling over the Christmas holiday from Michigan. We had a car issue and had left a phone message late on 12/29/2023 to see if the shop might be open on New Year's Eve. Early the next morning, the owner called me to let me know that he was, unfortunately, closed and out-of-town. But the point is, he took the time from his vacation, spent 20 minutes on the phone with me attempting to diagnose my situation, and offered solutions in his absence. I understand why Caldwell's has received so many favorable ratings. You have a shop that cares!
It's an amazing place to get your vehicle worked on. Honest, polite, respectful and great prices. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The quality of work to my vehicle was the best I ever received. They were amazing. Thank you so much Mr Caldwell.
They did some work on my truck quick fast efficient and affordable
Mr. Caldwell kept me informed, gave me options, and accurate estimates. My AC was fixed the first time and I was able to plan for future service that will be needed soon, but not immediately. Very satisfied.
My car broke down on I85 while traveling from Atlanta to Montgomery. He made time to look at my car even though he was busy so I wouldn't be stuck out of town. He went out of his way to make sure I was back on the road the same day despite it being a major repair. I never felt like he he was anything but sincere in the advice and suggestions he gave. Fair price and quality work.He even fixed another problem that I had before the break down. If I wasn't from out of town I would make this my regular service shop.
If you are in need of auto repair, Caldwell Automotive is the best place to have your problem fixed, ALWAYS.
Best mechanic and man all around. I worked for him years ago and people drove from Atlanta, Montgomery, ect.. To get there cars fixed. Doesn't part swap to find problem. Honest man and great Christian and family man.
Rodney helped my brother this week when his car battery kept draining. Rodney went out of his way to fix the problem. So grateful for such a kind and thoughtful man. Thank you, Rodney!
