Very good service even if they did not knew very good English, very friendly and kind
Food was great
Great decor and there is a lovely conservatory that you can sit in. Very wide variety of choices in the menu to suit many different needs. Went there on a weekday for brunch and it had a very busy vibe so book in advance.
Venue and ambience is amazing but very poor customer service. They forgot half of our order and when we reminded them, no apologies or embarrassment. And it took forever to bring the order, tea and pancakes with apple, whip cream and ice cream. The pancakes/apples were not 100% cooked either. Shame as the venue is so charming
