We showed up haven’t eaten anything all day and this place is my first time and finally I had some sweet delicious tea I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in Florida or in Louisiana so I’m glad this place I’ll be returning to get a pitcher of it. Mrs. Mitchell was who took care of us and I highly recommend this place for others who love Italian. We ordered the chicken Parmesan with pasta and the sandwich. I personally wanted to try the difference since the sandwich had grill chicken and pasta had fried chicken.
Delicious food, nice waitress, and live music was being played. We had Shrimp Alfredo , Chicken Parmesan, and the kids cheese pizza. It was all very good.
Love this place! My new obsession! The food was as fresh as could be and seasoned to PERFECTION! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Tastefully decorated reflecting the it’s of Enterprise. Waitress was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Conveniently located too. I love these very hard working people!
We visited for a weeknight dinner. The food was pretty good with large portions, the server was very friendly and definitely busy, and it was a fun evening out. We tried the spinach and artichoke dip, lasagna, small pepperoni pizza, chicken supreme calzone, and grilled chicken Caesar wrap.
The only thing that bothered me here was there was kind of a fresh paint smell. However, it didn't bother enough to make me want to leave. The 2 young ladies at the front of the house were very inviting. They greeted us with big beautiful bright smiles. The service was great and the food was wonderful. Definitely fresh and cooked to order which I loved and I think make them special. We will most definitely be back for a visit!????
We gave Cafe Roma's a second chance after a HORRIBLE experience the first time we visited in 2022. I should have followed my instincts since NOTHING about the poor customer service has changed. Don't EVER go there if you want quality customer service or anything that resembles timeliness. On both occasions, it took an unusual amount of time just to be acknowleged; not to mention, the 20 minutes, on both occasions, waiting just to get a drink order. There's more. This time we actually tried to place our order as soon as the waitress (pun intended because of the long WAIT) came to the table. NOPE, she said she wasn't going to do that because she had other tables to attend to. Of course, we told her to forget about it as we got up and left. I may be wrong, but I believe she was the OWNER. When I tell you that me, my family or friends will NEVER patronize this low-budget restaurant imposter, I cannot emphasize NEVER. I would NOT recommend going there if you're hungry or expecting quality customer service as you will scratch your head trying to figure out what the hold up is. If it's crowded, I'll pray for you to have the patience of Job. You will need it. You're better off taking yourself to the Mellow Mushroom. You'll get better service at a fast food chain. I'm baffled as to how they remain in business. It's not the great service because that doesn't exist there; and from the first visit, the food is mediocre at best for Italian. Something tells me that the nonchalant customer service is systemic in the culture of that particular place as they probably think they're the only show in town. News break, you're not. No need to ask for this review to be removed. It will remain as long as there is an Internet. Two words if you feel like trying them out: DON'T BOTHER!
I have NOTHING to gain by lying on a restaurant's poor customer service. ********************As management you have EVERYTHING to lose by being untruthful. LIKE I SAID, "Don't bother." I now see why the lot is usually empty. If you put as much energy into customer service as you did to lie in your response, business may actually pick up, but I doubt it. Poor service is a reflection of poor leadership. By the way, spell check is free.
Something unique. The people who work there are friendly and courteous. I spent 3 years in Italy and the looks of the food is pretty close to the taste and looks. It's worth the price.
PS. I love the place
I have to say that I haven't eaten such good pasta in a while. I was in the mood for a salad, but I kept sneaking food off my husband's plate ???? ????????. The pasta came with two slices of cheese pizza with delicious white sauce instead of the tomato sauce. It was VERY good dipped in the Alfredo. My salad was the perfect portion, and let me tell you,....the chicken was SOOOOO tender. Both the salad and the alfredo! Waitress was very sweet, but when my husband was out of tea, she was busy up at the counter calculating for quite a long time, and when I walked up there to her to ask for a to-go Coke, she said ok and kept calculating. I wish she had a little bit more sense of urgency. It was hot outside and we had done quite a lot of walking. Overall, I loved the restaurant and will definitely be back!
