Very good food every time and even gives bigger portions than other Cafe Rios. What really is annoying is that every time my wife and I order online SOMETHING will be wrong. It’s consistently either missing house dressing or the guacamole. These wouldn’t matter too much if you weren’t paying extra for them which is unfortunate. Always have to check the to go bag before I leave with my order.
Edit: We have continued going and the same problems persist. The photo below is what we received instead of guacamole.
Extremely disappointed. Came from out of town and of course wanted to eat at Cafe Rio. I guess we'll never need to come here again. Maybe 2 tiny pieces of meat on my taco. My 2nd one wasn't much better. And the flavor has changed too. I didn't even bother finishing this one, it was just a bite of tortilla really.
It had been quite some time since my last visit to Café Rio, but today I found it to be a convenient choice. The food, as always, lived up to my expectations and satisfied my cravings. I must say, the staff there were exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. However, upon entering, I noticed that the interior was a bit messy, which slightly affected the overall ambiance. Nonetheless, the positive aspects of delicious food and friendly service outweighed the minor setback of the untidy environment.

Two salads and a burrito. Maybe 6 pieces of chicken in the burrito and three to four bites of meat in the salad. Why is there no meat? Should have listened to others. When it happens this many times it’s a problem.
I go to this location a lot because it is in a convenient location for me. The staff are all super friendly and nice. The manager is amazing. He treats his customers and employees wells. He even gave us free drinks one time. That alone is good customer service. They listen to our concerns if we have them. That customer service alone will keep me going there again.
Look, I will be honest, I'm not a huge Cafe Rio fan. As in, given the choice of other places, its not in my top 5. HOWEVER, this location is by far my favorite. I have lunches with clients and colleagues, I come here. Why? Its always clean and the staff is friendly. Food just tastes better when the employees look like they enjoy their jobs. I don't want tears in my tacos. The keep the speciality drink containers all filled up and the line always moves quickly.
I ordered online and when I came to pick up I had to wait for 15 mins. The manager noticed and came to double check things. That's when he noticed I came to the wrong location for pickup. I was about to leave and he immediately stopped me and said we'll make it. I was totally willing to go to the location I ordered from but I'm so grateful I didn't have to. Great service!!
