About 15 minutes ago. I went through the drive-thru, ordered a shredded chicken burrito with pinto beans, and I received a tortilla filled with black beans and rice with no meat. If I could give 0 stars I would because I had just my order.
The food is very good. Service is very good. The atmosphere is very tasty. And agreeable your home burrito is amazing. Thank you and happy Halloween.
We have ordered here about twice a month on average over the last year and a half. Almost always on a Friday evening and about 75% from the app for store pick-up and 25% in the store (just going through the line). Most of the time we get salads, burritos, and tostadas. The food itself is still quite good but the service and attention to detail has dropped dramatically in the last few months, starting around October 2023 (about 5 months ago at time of writing this).
Since then we have not had a single pick-up order without some issue. The primary issues are either an ingredient is missing entirely (the meat, guacamole, the tortilla when requested on the side) or the instructions are not followed (an ingredient was not on the side as requested or extras of an ingredient were not added). We didn’t catch the first few until we got home so now we have to check that everything we requested is there before we leave the store. In addition, they are often (probably 25% of the time) 10-20 minutes late the promised delivery time.
For in-store orders (when we stand in line) it just takes forever to get through the line, though the orders are correct because they ask us what we want as they’re putting it all together.
Also when did salads stop going through the toaster?
Had lunch here a couple of weeks ago. Service was fast and friendly. Food was super delicious and satisfied my hunger. Parking is plentiful. Location is convenient. I highly recommend
Seems like anytime I've came here I've had an issue with my order. This last time I went there was a line of cars and waited a good while. And when I got home the order I had wasn't even my order. Never got a receipt back when I paid. I had to call once I got home and let them know what happened. Supposably was going to get credit to my account on the app for the mistake. Since i didnt get a receipt I had to make sure of the card information and amount I paid for. And after they made sure it was the right one and person they gave me the credit. But when I checked the app for the exact amount I was told was going to be refunded ended up being less then what I was told over the phone. I love coming here but with orders always being wrong I'm not always able to just go back to the store to get the right one
Food is okay as usual, but today going in the service was the most at bismol it has ever been. The cashier didn't say anything to me just the total and then I swiped my card and before the receipt was even printed he walked off to the drive-thru window area and then just started scrolling on his phone. Another cashier had to come over and finish the transaction and give me a receipt no wonder Costa vida is doing better
For as short staffed as they were , the restaurant was very clean and well stocked. We had to wait in line a minute but they were all hustling.. you know how you will be waiting in line somewhere else and there are always 2or3 employees doing nothing. Not here!! So the extra wait didn't bother anyone. FYI, the queso is to die for!! Sooooo delicious!!
When I got my food tonight they were having lots of technical issues and were swamped with orders, including frozen computers and a very upset customer. They handled the issues with grace and did their best to make things right. Customer service is hard and they did a great job. Amazing food too!
